Why there are albums available in some countries, for example in Deezer France, but not available in other countries (for example Deezer Poland) - since those albums are legally available in Poland in other streaming services (like YouTube Music) ?

Our music acquisition is negotiated between artists & right-holders.
It's nothing we have a direct involvement in, so we can't guarantee that the albums we have available on Deezer France will be available on Deezer Poland.
Don't forget that if you have an active subscription you can upload the song to your own mp3 section on Deezer and then you can add it to playlists.
