I was just wondering which issues are still “in progress” at Deezer at the moment? And I mean Windows, Mac, Android, iOS? What isn’t been fixed yet?Chromecast (all)* MS2004 error/using Deezer abroad (iOS and Android) Crossfade (Desktop) Deezer Connect (make it like Tidal or Spotify)*For me the most important at this moment.Can we add more to this list or is this it? What issues are current and which issues are older and have not been fixed yet?

Hi.My band is getting ready for our second release and I wanted to Access our band’s artist page. Then I found out, that we are actually on another guy’s artist page with the same name. Our band is called “leeek” in small letters and there’s another band called “Leeek”. Our song “Move” has been put onto his artist page, which ofc is inaccurate. Hi All, accessing and continuing unfinished podcast episodes is available for iOS. Three yrs ago one thread said it was in progress for Android as well. I like listening to podcasts based on their topics, even if they are not the latest episodes, but i rarely have the time for listening to the entire one. Are there any solutions for how to continue what i was listening to (especially if it was not recent)? I hate it that i find something interesting, say, from last year, and then i have to search for it again and again (the Big Competitor manages it way better, i must say). I switched to Deezer recently but for podcasts it is not very user friendly. Thank you and have a great weekend.
Hi Deezer, this has been going on for about 2 years now and I'm thisclose to unsubscrbing. I'm a paid user and have downloaded songs to my Fav list. It's been a nightmare getting songs to play offline. It was so easy before. I've seen multiple people complain about this and yet not fixed permanently.Yes I have rebooted my phone. Several times. Yes all the songs are downloaded. Yes I'm playing from my Favs list. I have had to use my data to play songs, and it's not right.Kindly give me a viable, timely solution otherwise I will have to conclude 1) Deezer isn't really invested in fixing this, 2) I'm being ripped off and will unsubscribe myself and advise others to do so as well.I have a Samsung S22, and Google Pixel 3a and same story on both phones.Thank you.

I was devastated to hear from the Deezer team that the Deezer Javascript SDK is no longer maintained. This hits hard because I was working on an open-source non-commercial alternative web player for Deezer that had extended features like group session for listening to music with friends at the same time and I can’t make the library work on mobile browsers because of the Deezer’s restrictions on userAgent.Therefore, I think that Deezer should make their javascript library open-source to let other people contribute and maintain the code or just continue maintaining the code themselves.I believe this is a serious problem, because giving developers easy access to the library is an important step to let others work and come up with new features that can improve the Deezer experience for all users.If you also believe in the case, please leave a comment and raise an awareness on the topic.I wish everyone a great day :)

I have in the past been able to listen on multiple devices but am now getting an error saying my account is in use on another devise. How do I fix this or upgrade to a family account to be able to listen on more than 1 devise at a time? thanks

Morning! I have premium subscription and the only one who use it. For few days I see “your Deezer account is currently in listening mode on another device” I m try to change password access and email access but not getting code on my email after several attempts. Pls help how to resolve. Thanks
Someone else is using my account without My permission. I was unable to use deezer today. I have a family account.I changed my passwords. Yet still the same.I've now how to unsubscribe
Is anyone else having trouble uploading there own mp3's on the desktop version of Deezer. I was able to do it last night and now it uploads but its in fate font and has the date next to it and says "this track is not available yet". Is this because there are in the Beta stage of getting this corrected? I would recommend them to have a way to upload albums too. Let me know if there is a fix to this (updated my flash player with little luck). Thanks
I am a Premium user. I have enough storage on my android phone. I have cleared cache. Storage is on my device not SD Card. Subscription up to date. So WHY don't new songs added to my downloaded playlists want to download!? The playlist green download bar has not changed progress in three days now.
From few days my Flow playing only sountrack music from movies and games! Everything I do, also change style, I don’t understand why. I have only one playlist about soundtrack and 2/3 artist. What can I do?
