no high fidelity in my plan

Last week I got deezer from partner offer Croatian telekom.

 

In desktop app and android app there are only 2 sound qualities, standard 128 kbps and better (320 kbps). Why is there no high fidelity flac quality?

       Maybe your telekom offer does not include Hifi quality !?
