Hello Deezer team I have paid subscription for Hi-Res, so I’m your customer. In general, your product is not bad, but for a long time I have one request for you: please rewrite or change functionality of random mode or shuffle mode in your player for mobile and in web version for desktop. I have 1688 compositions in my favourite list, and it's not all that I have and want to add to this lisr. I’m not millenial and I know and love many artists and I have wide musical preferences.But I must listen only 20-30 the same compositions every time when I want to listen something different in my list of favourites or into “Flow” mode.What is a shame?You have the issue more than 2 years and still nothing for changing the situation? And I’m not alone with it, look at complains on this forum.Can you change the algorithm for example in this manner: add internal counter into user metadata for each composition and count each play. There’s only so many unique names in human languages. So we cant expect all artists to have unique names. There will surely be duplicates. Take for instant artists named “Seba” : https://www.deezer.com/en/artist/8377 Or another Artist named “Hamilton”: https://www.deezer.com/en/artist/311310 There are thousands of other examples but of courseeee there’s going to be multiple Hamiltons. Why the freaking heck would one of the biggest platforms be so careless to mix all the Hamiltons together. There are multiple artists named Seba. Well known folk, rock, EDM, etc genre artists. These artists should be respected enough to have different profiles. As of now, Sebas are mixed together to have 300 singles, albums and EPs in one profile. This is embarrassing for deezer. I’m a fan of EDM Seba and I could go right ahead and separate this particular Seba in 30 minutes for example. So why cant deezer do that? They dont want to invest the time or money? It makes the website seem super cheap and unpro
I only have 2 active devices on my account. But every day or every other day another pops up. I recently changed my password and also deleted two profiles. How do I stop other devices from popping up. I keep seeing IPhone that’s not mines. Also are we able to delete followers. It says 4 but only show 2
The “Music inspired by...” track mixes are showing song mixes from tracks that are NOT on my favorites or in any playlist on my profile. How do I fix this to show only mixes from music that I am interested in? I have cleared the app data, both cache and storage, reset the Smart Cache (Some additional background: The tracks/artists were on my Son's playlist that I had imported from Spotify. While setting up his profile, I was in the playlist while learning how to share it with him… I have since deleted the playlist(s) but now his music is polluting my profile, even after removing everything I could find…)
New Releases Please, please add a raw New Releases albums / EPs page and a New Releases singles list page. Friday at midnight, these lists should update. No curation, no filter, just the latest 100-200 releases by release date. The new releases by genre seems to greatly omit releases. New Releases For You If I like an artist, any of their new releases should be in this list, singles, EPs, mixtape, LP, etc I should be able to see if it is a single, EP etc. in this list as I don’t know what I might be adding to my queue The algorithm for this list either needs an overhaul or should be replaced by releases from artists I like. Every week I see more artists that I have never listened to and are very far off from what I listen to or like.

Hi. How do I move my playlists from Deezer to Spotify?
I wish there was a way that we could add the same song multiple times to our playlist. I don't want to hit repeat because I don't want to listen to it back to back. I would love the option to listen to it later on in my playlist.

I have one question : When I use Deezer at Android auto, there is a tab where there are the mixes (eg. rock, jazz, etc.) However I cannot find where the mixes tab is in the Android App, where I could find all the mixes (genre, mood, decades etc). Could you please help me? Thank you a lot!
Being charged for this app is beginning to take the piss. 1st tunes wouldn't download, now Alexa won't play my playlists & don't get me started on it playing same tracks each time when in shuffle. Gone on too long, why is this app sooooo gosh darn buggy????

“Landscape Mode for iPhone” Can we discuss again? I found two community posts on this, five & six years ago. This is something the Marvis App for iOS does, it simply divides the screen in two, and flips each to a landscape view. This would really be fantastic for in vehicle landscape mounts. This will also get the App ready for videos.
I found a great daily podcast (Coffee House Shots) but as of over a week no new episodes have been added to Deezer, and I know other apps like Spotify have the latest episodes. Will this issue be fixed? Am considering leaving Deezer if not!!

Say I have visitors at my place and I want to let them play some of their favourite songs. I wouldn’t want this to affect my Flow or what I see on the app next time I use it. Even worse, if I need to play some children’s songs, I wouldn’t want this genre to creep into my preferences. Is there a way to do it? A private session of some kind?
