How can I access the Ansync API?

Hello, Im a freelance software dev, trying to build a proof of concept app for a music label. Its a simple app that creates automatic videos with ai with music lyrics overlayed. I would need the deezer ansync api access to sync the lyrics with the audio. How can I get access to the ansync api?
