"Shuffle my music" broken

This feature is the primary way I consume music, half the time I hit it it tells me I have no liked songs or albums (see pic attached, clearly wrong) the other half of the time it only draws songs from my liked songs playlist or an album if that album was liked in the last week or so. How difficult is it to create a feature that just shuffles through liked albums and why can't literally any of the major streaming services deliver this?
