Hello, I just opened a new free account to test the app, but i realized i made a typo in my email address. One letter is written wronf and as a result i dont get any verification code, also i cant delete the account either. Is there any way to correct this mistake by keeping my account? If not, i would like to delete the account since i transferred all my playlists from another app and i dont want them to be in an account that i cant freely access to. thanks in advance, best

Deal breaker. I just tried Deezer today on mobile. With my previous music app, I usually just search for a song and when I liked the queue, I usually save it as playlist. First time using Deezer, I searched for a song. I really loved the track mix, it matched the mood of the song I searched for. I was planning to create my first playlist on the app, but I just got heartbroken when I can't see the option to save the queue as a playlist. That's just sad.
I can’t seem to cancel my subscription. I thought I was only getting one month free. I can’t find it on my profile where I can’t cancel it.

Hello, I created a family account and want my family to join. However one member subscribed to a duo account yesterday . Can I add him to the family and he gets his refund for his subscription . He only did it yesterday so not even 24h hour ago, but he is unable to join the family account because he already has a duo account now. How can he join the family account and get a refund for his duo?Thank you
Recently, I've been getting errors between songs on the web player that require me to refresh the page to continue playing. Just before, I also got one like that on my phone. This tends to happen after listening for quite a while and since I usually don't listen for hours on end, it only happens to me a few times a week. But it still seems like a pretty problematic development.
Every other app has some kind of like/hearth button in notification, this feature would really simplify my life because whenever I listen to music and discover some new song that I like, I have to open deezer app to like it.
I’ve tried 3 times, on 2 different computers, to sign up for a free trial. I get an error. I reached out to support and have only received replies from the AI bot Melodie. Hello there. I use Songkick to be aware of concerts in places around me. Songkick can scan some music libraries like Spotify but not Deezer. I think it is great to have concert recommendations based upon my music activity. Would Deezer plan to develop an integration with Singkick. Are there similar services as Songkick that Deezer integrates with? NB : integratiin with Sonos is not working. These 2 integrations make reconsider Spotify vs Deezer.

Als ik een bijkomende commentaar wil schrijven dan zal ik dat wel doen. Anders wil ik gewoon die link sturen. Eventueel met de afbeelding er bij en “[song] van [artist]” Meer niet. Ik deelde een lied met een vriend en kreeg antwoord: “waarom vind je dat een nummer voor mij?” “Neen, niet specifiek voor jou. Ik vind dat een goed nummer en wilde dat even delen” Door jullie stomme commentaar maken mensen daar meer van dan zou moeten. Dus stop met die onzin en hou het neutraal!

Dark mode has recently gotten worse. It used to be that every screen except the album covers were dark. Now when I am playing an album, look at a playlist or the lyrics it appears in a background colour other than black. Makes it impossible to look at certain things in low light environments. Bring back total dark mode please.

When I opened Deezer yesterday on my Samsung phone, I had to log-in again - suggesting that the geniuses at Deezer had again “upgraded” the app. Since the last “upgrade” playlists, albums and artists appear randomly (not alphabetically) making finding an item extremely difficult. After yesterday’s “upgrade” the “downloaded music” tab under “Favorites” is empty - showing only grey areas with no content. I’ve been a paying user since 2017 and yesterday opened a Tidal account. Obviously the app is different and I’m still learning it’s peculiarities. The music quality (bitrate?) however is FLAC & Dolby Atmos quality. I truly wish the Millennials & Gen Z’s at Deezer get their act together. I do not want to leave! Martin Potgieter South Africa
I can’t claim my artist profile because if won’t show up when I type my name in or even copy and paste my artist ID from the artist link. How can I access my account?
When I'm jus t listening to music I like to scroll through songs I like and queue them up to play. I can't work out how I do this, what am I missing? I'm using the Android version (v6.2.30.88)
