I just registered for Deezer Family plan, we are from Canada and all live together.Initially, I attempted to register my fam while we were vacationing in the USA, it was a disaster. All that is behind us and the registration while we were all together back in Canada went OK, however I was told by a Customer Service agent from Deezer that, as a Canadian family, if I were to travel to the USA, Deezer would outright stop working for us.Is this true? does Deezer only work in the country you have been registered?

Hola. Hace unos días atrás realicé la compra de mi paquete deezer. Pero no se si fue un error en el proceso de inscripción, ya que hoy recibí un cobro por valor de $130 dolares. Y el plan que necesito recuerdo que tiene un valor de 6 dolares aproximadamente. Podrían apoyarme con el cambio de mi cuenta y el reembolso a mi tarjeta para poder realizar el cobro correcto. I didn’t recieve My Deezer Month for December, even though I’ve recieved it every month for the past two years. I just noticed that I didn’t have my notifications on anymore since I just got a new phone, so that’s probably why. But is there any way to still get the stats for December? I would just love to see them!

How cab I listen to live concerts on Deezer?
Laptop with deezer is connected to stereo. I can only stop, skip and play the music I selected on the laptop, i cannot change the music via deezer connect on my telephone. Is deezer connect broke or do I something wrong?

Malgré l’activation du mode aléatoire quand je veux écouter mes coups de cœur, l’algorithme intelligent deezer me sélectionne très souvent les mêmes. C’est frustrant, car j’ai plus de 2300 coups de cœur, et les morceaux passés ne sont pas très diversifiés… Y aurait il une façon de désactiver cette « intelligence »?

Hi, is there any way you could enable last.fm scrobbling on secondary family accounts? That is the only feature I am missing. I am considering going back to spotify if there is no way to fix it. I am aware of the browser addon but I use the deezer app on my computer.
Why did I just get a bunch of notifications from artists I did not like? I though the whole point of liking an artist is that you can stay up to date on their stuff, why am I seeing artists I don’t really listen to (or have never listened to) give notifications for songs I wouldn’t want to listen to?
I have had deezer premium for a very long time and usually have no issues but at the start of the month i was charged like always except my deezer is showing as the free version. I have attempted to restore purchases but am still being shown the same free version. This happened after i was randomly signed out at the start of the month. I haven’t had time up until now to contact you but it has been a major inconvenience and i am very upset that i have paid for a service i am not receiving. I hope this can be resolved quickly as i am travelling tomorrow and have severe anxiety which is only calmed by music when i am in public. Thank you
It really annoys me when companies offer you a discount and then when they’ve got your attention take it away.In an email today Deezer offered me 3 months for the price of 1 and when I clicked on the link it turns out you only get 1 month free. There is no excuse, they’ve sent the offer to an email I used to subscribe to Deezer a few years ago. Why send out false offers?
