All my family members have their own favorite tracks, and yet, I still don”t see any Family Mix on my iPhone using the app. Why is it so tugged away? Family Mix is the main reason I chose Deezer over Apple Music. We want to use it while driving, hearing everyones favorite tracks. The marketing states:”All Family members can launch the Family mix for a shuffled selection of favorite tracks from all Family members. Perfect for road trips.”
I have a NAD C658 streaming DAC running the latest BluOS. While I can use the Deezer plugin within the BluOS application it is nowhere near as nice as the actual Deezer application. It would be ideal if one of two things were to happen: A. The Deezer application on my Laptop (mac) or other devices (IOS, Android, Etc) could send the audio stream directly to the NAD (Not using Airplay or Bluetooth). Spotify can do this; it ensures the user has the same interface experience regardless of the endpoint in use (phone, laptop, Hifi, smart speaker, etc). Currently I am stuck using the crippled NAD Deezer application. B. Deezer becomes compatible with Roon. This, again, would be far superior to the BluOS integration currently available and again, create a single user interface across multiple platforms.
I cannot reproduce any podcast in Android app becuase it stops playing it after 20 seconds.I opened a ticket with support and they did not give any solution.I have already reboot the phone, uninstall/install the app, clean the cache, clean Smart Cache, logout/login… no problem with web browser player but not possible to repdroduce with the Android App.As soon as my subscription is expired I will jump to Spotify… bad app and worse support from Deezer team.
This is making me crazy and it is an absolute deal breaker. Without a solution to stop playing unwanted music after my selected track the service is just annoying. Why should I listen to something I don’t want (even if I paid)? Why someone/something has to choose my music instead of me? I wrote to the support but I was dismissed with something like: “sit and wait, maybe in the future someone will decide to implement such feature”. That’s very, very far from acceptable
I know, the option to sort the songs alphabetically removed intentionally. But that’s not the only problem I faced. Album names sometimes are written on the now playing screen, sometimes they aren’t. Also for many songs, lyrics have disappeared. But whenever i play those songs from the album page, the lyrics are there. I tried to talk with the support agents but couldn’t manage to do so. I also tried to send an email but nothing happened. If this goes like this, I’ll have to migrate to another music app, unfortunately.
Y’see the awkward thing is, I kind of wanted to just listen to some music, not feed some stupid algorithm. This is a very offputting welcome experience, with no obvious way to skip it (on web, desktop app, or mobile). I’ll be trying out the competition instead, in the hopes that they’ll allow me to try something as revolutionary as “sign up for an account and play a song”.
When I start a flow, after a while it just starts repeating the same songs over and over again. Yesterday it also played a song that I had set to Don’t recommend this track. What’s going on Deezer? You were good, now you’re heading into the Spotify direction

I used to use FLOW all the time, but it played the same music over and over, sometimes one song would play twice in 15 minutes. When I recently discovered "Shuffle My Music" I was happy because I could see what was going to be played and it wouldn't repeat anything (at least not for the 50 songs of the playlist). However, "Shuffle My Music" still suffers from issues FLOW had, namely only playing one or two specific songs from favourite artists and playing the same songs every time. If I pressed "Shuffle My Music" multiple times you can be sure that 80% of the songs in any playlist would be in every other playlist. So, my question: how do I fix My Music? How do I get FLOW or "Shuffle My Music" to have variety? How do I get more than one song from an artist (no matter how many albums and songs they may have) to play?
I have a playlist with 748 songs. I play it on shuffle, but every day it repeats the same small number of songs instead of picking others. This is in both the Windows, iOS, and Mac app
Question as stated in the title. In my region deezer free is unavailable so I wouldn't be able to transfer my playlists to another streaming service.
Yes I am a new customer and I wanted to see if deezer was it better than Spotify so i decided to try the promotion they got where it say try it and then your next payment will be 14.99 I was advised by other Spotify customers that deezer would try to take my money if i tried to sign up but i wanted to give deezer a chance and soon as i tried to sign up for the 1 month for free deezer tried to take 16.19 out my account my email is (removed for security purposes) is it just a ripoff or deezer not aware of this issue happening I travel a lot and I’m a blogger and I just wanted to see which music platform was better I can honestly say that with Spotify when they say a free month than you get billed I know that is true and the price is cheaper but i can’t even Judge or speak on deezer because as a first time listener instead of honoring the 1 month free and then charging they already tried to take money without me even having the chance to listen is this really the way deezer work with all
I would love to have the option to search for albums, artists and songs inside the Android Auto app - on my previous car I had thousands of songs and hundreds of albums on a usb stick I could select. Why is it not possible to search for albums or songs, but is possible to scroll hundreds of radio stations inside the app? Having to preselect or having to use the phone to select albums inside the car is majorly inconvenient.
Starting 12-Dec-2024 Deezer stopped reporting album titles and album artists to third-party scrobblers.Mobile application, Android OS.
It still want let me and I have tried everything even try to pay because it want let me get the free trial I have been been back and forth with Deezer for almost two weeks and I have contacted Deezer on multiple occasions
How can I play just one song? I search for an artist or album etc. but I don’t want to play the whole album or all the songs that appear under the artists top tracks. I just want to play one song. This is such a basic function so I know it must be available. I’m using the deezer app on iPhonesometimes selecting play with lyrics seems to just play the one song. But this option isn’t always available. Songs with no lyrics for example

Whenever I hit “Shuffle my music” Deezer will play a mix of mostly songs I’ve favourited but also occasionally a new song I’ve never heard before. I like this feature (I’m assuming it’s intentional?), but about 50% of the new songs that come up are Ryan Adams songs. I don’t like them and skip them. Of the 800+ songs in my Favourites I only have 1 Ryan Adams song in there and don’t play it much.Why does Deezer insist on pushing this artist? And how can I tell it I don’t want to listen to them anymore?
Hi! I used to listen to my favorite band’s songs when I played the artist…but now it only plays their top tracks…so I was wondering if there’s a way I can play an artist’s whole discography?
