I send the invite, when accepted it shows they have only the free plan and as an “independent account”

Hi @Russ 33447 !

To join the Duo plan, their account must be on the free version (no active subscription). If they currently have an active subscription, they’ll need to wait for it to end before accepting the invite.

I think the invitation is only valid for a certain period of time, maybe it was already over.
