I would suggest you to clear the cache on your Deezer app and also increase the smart cache on the app 😁

That will help to solve the problem 😎

I would if I knew what you're on about. 

OK, I've tried both of those and it made no difference. I've tried uninstalling and re installing and all that did was turn my playlist upside down.

Have you checked if you have the latest version of the app installed on your device? 👀

Wouldn't i get the latest version when re installed it ?

Can you share a screenshot of the app when you are playing the track and the shuffle button is ‘activated’, please?

Also, can you let us know what device you are using for the Deezer app and the version of your Android/iOS software installed in your device.
