I've been going through my favourite albums and trying to get rid of some, but when I click on one that no longer show on artists pages it just shows and error page even when I click on the three dots. Is there anyway I can remove them?

I’ve created a playlist and set it to “collaborative”. I sent the link to my sister, who has her own profile on the same family account as me. She favourited the playlist so she should now be able to add songs to the playlist, but she still doesn’t have the option. What am I missing? Can family accounts not use the Collaborative Playlist feature?
So, i have an Hisense Smart TV 32A4 series my TV has deezer installed so i tried to log in. But when i put the code on my smartphone a screen appears on the tv that says to get deezer premium like i need premium to use it on TV.is it because i need premium to use it on the TV?
While reading monthly mail from deezer, I discovered that somebody else is using my account - there was so many tracks by artist Nidza Bleja listened by „me”, but I didn’t play it even once - I don’t even know this artist. I changed my password and it seems to be ok now, but my 2024 playlist and statistics are sick because of this artist. Can you please erase all his tracks from my history so I could listed to my real favorite 2024 songs? Thanks!
My email is embroiderysolution@outlook.com it tried to take my money dozens of times I am a new customer and i have contacted Deezer over and over again first it tells me the first time it is a free trial then ask for my card then try to bill it this is the only app that I don’t trust i tried to at least try it out but every time I do they try to rip me off this is the proof that it want give me my free trial if I don’t stop it when I try to get my free trial it tries to take 16.19 dollars every time I see why now the rest like Amazon and Spotify is better I can’t even get my free trial without it charging me
This conversation is for everyone to give their opinion on Deezer's new visual identity. Probably the Deezer team will delete it again, because they don't want to know the truth about the new visual identity, in fact I don't think they ever listened to the community. PLEASE DO NOT DELETE IT AGAIN DEEZER TEAM.
I have had over a month of horrible service from Deezer with my BluOs. It usually doesn’t work at all. Or, if it works it plays music for 3 seconds followed by a silent gap of 4-5 seconds. After telling me that the problem is BluOs, but finding out it was not, Deezer admitted to a bug. I get the message in the title when I try to play music. I’ve logged in and out of Deezer and BluOs as well as rebooted my entire internet system so many times I’ve lost count. Unfortunately my paid subscription is for months to come, and Deezer refuses to compensate. All I want to to listen to music, but instead I am paying for service which I am not receiving. Anyone have any suggestions?
A while ago the feature of including concerts on artist pages by addig them to songkick.com and being fetched automatically by Deezer worked. Now it’s not working anymore and the Deezer creators dashboard is so rudimentary that I can’t even check if there’s a problem there somehow. Screenshot is from Songkick. I can’t find the dates on the artist page in the browser or app. It’s just gone. The show has been added on Songkick weeks ago and is displaying on bandcamp for example. Why has it been removed? Or is it buggy and needs a fix? For us as a small band it’s super important to use this feature. Please fix this :). I’m trying to move so many people from Sp*tify to Deezer but there need to be a lot of fixes before the UX is smooth.
Hello, I had a subscription for one account and then i got deezer premium free trought partners, but I acidentaly made a new account. How do I connect my free deezer with my old account and delete my new one?
The full flow selection does not show on Deezer. Christmas is missing and it’s the same for the app in my car. All the additional wheel options do not show either (genre). Why is this? Surly it is reading the same data as the app?

Hello, when using Deezer in the browser or the Deezer desktop app, I noticed the volume slider is very hard to use at low volumes. A big part of the volume slider’s range doesn’t change the volume a lot, but at the very low end, the most significant part of the volume change happens. This way, it is very hard to set a low volume conveniently. I think this is because the volume slider just sets a value from 0 to 1 linearly with which the audio samples are being multiplied. My suggestion is changing this linear behavior to a slider where you can set a volume from, say 0dB to -80dB/-infdB. That way, it would be way easier to set deezer to low volumes conveniently. Hey Deezer, why I can’t I play all new songs in the bell notification? I have to select to play one at a time. Should be able to hear all new tracks in one go.
I mostly use Deezer via the Yamaha MusicCast app to play with lossless quality via my net streamer. MusicCast has its issues from time to time as Airable sometimes seems to suffer from latency and hang ups either on its own servers, or at either the Deezer or Yamaha ends, but for the most part these are swiftly resolved and aside from the awful GUI, its a good service. Partly due to the awful GUI, and partly as i’m typically too busy focusing on my day job to want to spend more than 30s figuring out what to listen to next, my go to feature on a several times a day basis, was ‘recommended artists’ and ‘recommended albums’. These would change weekly (usually just about enough time for me to have gotten through all of them) and appeared to be based on my recent listening preferences, which had the nice effect of allowing a certain degree of natural exploration as when an artist i wouldn't typically listen to was recommended and i’d had their tracks on a couple of times through the week, n

How hard would it be to add the ability on mobile to share a tiktok to deezer and deezer will find the song in that link, allowing you to add it to favorites or wherever easily. The "identify this song" feature in search is great but when the sound is playing in a different app I cant search it.
