Being used by another device in family account

I’m listening to music on my account on my phone. My daughter is listening to music on my laptop and has switched over to *her* account. But despite us playing music on separate accounts, it is routinely stopping and giving me this message:

“Why has the music stopped?

Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page.

Your account is strictly personal and cannot be used in multiple locations at the same time. Click below to resume play and pause all other devices.”

 

But I have a family account and both of these accounts are attached. Why am I getting this error?

Why do I get error messages that someone else is listening on another device?

Ensure all listeners access the correct Profile to prevent listening error messages from occurring while music is being played on another device or page.

You may also need to reset your password.
