Why do all the cover arts look blurry ?
I really like how Flow works. Only thing is, it sometimes plays clean versions of the songs, even though I literally have the same songs in my favourites, but in explicit versions. I listen to hip-hop, and it’s really irritating to hear clean versions of the songs, obviously because this genre has a lot of profanity. I would be really happy to maybe have a toggle somewhere with which you could switch between explicit/clean, and not have the Flow algorithms mix it up. Thank you!

I live in Ukraine and before war I used to listen to russian artists, but now I find disturbing and offensive listening to their music. It would be great if I could filter them out once by country, for example - Rammstein is a German bandtimati is a russian artist I don’t want my flow to play timati, or other russian bands, but sometimes it does.
I see there's an option to normalize volume in deezer, but I'm skeptical to use it as I don't know exactly what it does. Will it normalize each track to a given volume target by simply adjusting the general volume of that track, thus keeping all the dynamics of the song intact? Or will it dinamycally adjust the volume in real time, leading to annoying moments, when you expect the music to get really loud or really quiet but it doesn't, as the normilizer algorithm is trying to compensate that volume difference by compressing the dynamic output of the track? It is annoying when you're listening to a playlist or to flow but and when the next track gets going your speakers suddenlly start distorting because of a big difference in levels but I'd really rather deal with that than to loose the dynamics of the songs I'm listening.

Hi Deezer Staff There’s been no new R&B album release since April? With are now first week of June What is this page not updated? On Apple and Tidal this equivalent page has over 4 new albums each week typically. I’m trying out Deezer and I want to like it but it needs to keep updated

Where is the 5 Euro subscription ? I just paid it last month, had some issues with Paypal and had to cancel my subscription and now when I want to subscribe, the cheapest one is 10 Euros ??? Also Deezer Free is not available in Romania but 2 years ago before I started my plan, it was also available as free. You guys need to get back the 5 Euro subscription.
Within the last month the Deezer app on Sonos has changed for the worse. Before it would show recommended albums, songs playlists flow etc… Now it just shows a few basics and more to do with your own playlists and favourites. It's no longer a good way to find new music. Has anyone else noticed this or a way to fix it?
For Deezer to grow as Spotify, it's gotta make for behemoth (recommendation algorithm) performance.- Spotify's algorithm is heavily weighted by listening time (percentage of time listened)- It recommends users songs that have high listening time, and that are relatable to the user's song cluster- Spotify uses (implicit) song metadata to put songs into song clusters- It finds songs for users by adapting to the individual's taste through implicit engagement
Please make the size of artist display bigger. Impossible to see on a regular TV. Also needs hifi support.
When I select Deezer Flow, there are times when I get several Christian content songs in a row. I would prefer not to receive this content. Any way to block it?

Anyone else had an email, stating there will be an increase in monthly subscription, from November, of £2.00? Apparently, Deezer are investing in HiFi quality sound, as a sweetener. I for one, will be moving on elsewhere

Please add Google Home / Alexa support for Norway. Spotify is popular, but it lacks support for lossless format. You already support so many platforms, home automation is increasingly popular in Norway and Deezer could find more subscribers here if you added Google Home (also Alexa). I also strongly support the existing request to have support for all the Nordic countries, but I created this thread as you wanted one for each country. Best regards Lars

Whenever a mix is playing, all queue options are disabled. While I understand that this is done to keep the mix consistent, I’d still like to add songs to the play queue and then resume to to the mix. Currently I either have to keep listening to the mix without adding the song or play the song that I want and lose my current mix.
After the most recent update for Deezer for Android I no longer can adjust the EQ on my Pixel 6 Pro. I'm a Premium subscriber and having the ability to use the phone's EQ through the Audio settings was a pleasure. Those of you who's devices have a stock EQ will know what I'm talking about. There was first, the option to activate the EQ through a toggle switch… and right underneath it was the EQ settings tab (button or link or whatever it's called) which has now vanished from the app entirely. Please add this option back!!!
