I have transferred my songs from Amazon music but not all of my songs will download to play off line can anyone help
How about you guys add a pay now option? Some of us have irregular pay days. A pay now option could be easier for us to pay you guys for the service without having to deal with deductions on our accounts that bounce due to insufficient funds at the time.
WHat is Deezer Stream Rate ? To be clear !
It annoyed me for a bit of time now. I mainly listen to favourite tracks when commuting, but i often see myself without them because they aren't available.What i think happened it’s when I don't go on the page for few days on my iphone, Deezer lost them and i would need to load them again on wifi, but they are still downloaded, just not available.
Not working on Panasonic and Philips smart TV. Please solve it.

Deezer, what is it with your narrow minded thinking? Literally half of the world is not experiencing summer right now. Why don’t you access the users hemispherical location and make an alternative, like “Winter is here”? I know from experience, doing such a thing is not hard and could be accomplished by someone with only a high school diploma. Having a blanket statement like “Summer is here” makes you look lazy and amateurish.

Hi, I’m pretty sure that on email which I get few weeks ago was that from today I will get FLAC quality, in settings the best one is HQ only 🤷🏼♂️
My Deezer account is being used by someone else without my Authority
I found out that many tracks are not shown as results when searching. If you search a song writing title & artist in the bar, you have a number of results much less than what actually Deezer has. You can notice by a simple operation: only search the artist and open some of the albums related to him/her; you will soon find an album containing the song (above mentioned) not shown in the former search. This means that sometimes, when you can’t find a track, it is only a malfunction, it is actually owned by deezer but not shown. Am I wrong? Thanks for your help
I must be doing something wrong! I'm new here looking to switch from Pandora. I started out by making a playlist and I can't seem to just listen to my playlist, as it plays suggested songs instead of my playlist. Doh!!! This is not what I want. I just want to listen to my selected songs. What am I doing wrong here. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling and that didn't work. Thank you!
Hello Deezer Community, I’ve been using Deezer for a while now, however any new song from the artists that I follow doesn’t show up on the new release list “The Bell Icon” on the Top Right Corner. It says “It’s a bit empty here” How long would that take so that I get updates from the favorite artists?
As per title i would like to know if existing offline library is automatically updated when you move the settings to high fidelity. Thanks luca
I can’t access deezer while connected to a VPN (Australia). I use a VPN on my day to day activities, so if I can’t access deezer via a VPN, it makes no sense to me anymore. I can access the service on my mobile via the same VPN, though.
When you search for a song, then click play on the song, why does it play a mix? Why does it play the mix when you specifically searched for the song and wanted to play it.
I have noticed that the Discover has stayed the same for me for more than one month now. Firefox + Android.
Allow the application to copy the name of the group, song, album by highlighting the text. And make a link to the labels so that they are clickable. Thanks for the resource and supporting Ukraine!

Why do all the cover arts look blurry ?
I really like how Flow works. Only thing is, it sometimes plays clean versions of the songs, even though I literally have the same songs in my favourites, but in explicit versions. I listen to hip-hop, and it’s really irritating to hear clean versions of the songs, obviously because this genre has a lot of profanity. I would be really happy to maybe have a toggle somewhere with which you could switch between explicit/clean, and not have the Flow algorithms mix it up. Thank you!
