Hi there. My app disappeared so I reloaded it. My deezer was paid on the required date but now when I go onto my deezer all my 884 songs are gone. No play lists no favorite tracks nothing zero. I have logged out logged in but nothing is bringing back my music. How do I rectify this please?

In the last months I tried all the main music streaming services, and this is an option that I only saw in Qobuz.In the information of a song and in the profile of an album in any part of the app, you see the name of the artist, name of song, album and duration. But in Qobuz, you also see the record label, and you can click on it to see other albums from other artist from that record label.When you like a ver specific genre of music and there are dedicated record labels for it, this option can be useful. I have seen some record labels with their own profile on Deezer and making their playlists, so this could be a step forward in that direction.
Hello,While I appreciate the recent addition to Flow allowing user to select the mood, that would be also great if you kept “Classic Flow” option let’s say in the center of the Flow circle.I really enjoy the way the Flow mode works out of the box, and don’t really care about moods, but this new wheel is enforcing me to choose something specific. Moreover, every time I press “back” in order to avoid picking a specific mood, Flow keeps showing me that circle again and again which is pretty annoying.I just want to press “Flow” and enjoy the music I used to do, with no additional questions asked.

A wrapped, but that you can look up that information whenever you want and about any song. Hi there, my children messed around with my account a while back. Thye are asking me to update payment details due to credit card expiring, but i am not able to change it. Not sure what my children did to the account, thye must uave changed some settings as i cant get into my original playlist as well. Please help!! Stephanie

Hello. Please, could you make Kazakhstan price like in Russia. Russia and Kazakhstan are ex-USSR countries. And people in these two countries have same yearly income. But for some reason Deezer in Kazakhstan have price in dollars. And this makes it too pricey. I know many people who want to start using Deezer. But because of the price, which is not appropriate to Kazakhstan salaries, they pirate music. If price will be like in Russia, they'll start using Dezzer immediately.

Hi I 5 weeks ago change country from Ireland to Poland where deezer is cheaper. I've contacted with service and they sugested me stopped subscription and restart with new details.I changed country locator today log in to deezer, chose deezer hi-fi price was 20pln accepted payment but system charged me for 11 euro.
I play two songs on a playlists and it automatically launches track mix. I've looked at settings, there is no option to stop this. What do I do to stop this? I want to listen to one artist at a time, and this is driving me insane. I'm using an android if that matters.

I recently got a promo offer for $3 for 3 months. It disappeared when i tried to process, usually i get this offer once a year.
Okay, first off, I switched from Spotify to Deezer yesterday and I'm certainly feeling happier; especially with how much easier it is to upload my own MP3 files. However, I always listen to music while I'm playing games on my Xbox, and the Xbox Deezer app is seriously playing up. The app crashes at complete random, songs will skip themselves with absolutely no rhyme or reason; sometimes ten seconds into the song, sometimes two minutes. But, this isn't the main issue, though it's really annoying. The main issue I'm wanting to comment on is that I've noticed, while listening to songs, at random I'll end up trapped with only a handful of the last songs to have played, shuffling through them at complete random. I don't know if anything causes this, but I do know that skipping excessively appears to exacerbate the issue; or maybe just makes it more obvious. Let's say, for example, I don't feel like listening to a song named 'E'. I skip it, get to song 'F', which I also feel like skipping. H
