Hello, i have a problem with my account. I had a subscription with tigo operator in colombia and when it asked me to update the account with the email, my premium account was deleted. I need it back. Can you help me? I had my account with my phone number.

My premium account was stopped even after a payment was taken. I paid again, now all my playlists and saved items have disappeared. Why have I been given a new account?
