I’m trying to access some new releases, namely aespa’s Whiplash and HOYO-MiX’s No Dazzle, No Break but every time I get the error message “The page didn’t load. This content is currently unavailable due to a technical error or poor internet connection. Check your connection and reload the page.” Is there anything to be done about that? I’ve done most of the basic troubleshooting methods like turning the phone off and on again, logging out and back in etc. It’s also worth mentioning that both of the albums mentioned have multiple identical albums suggested when I search for them and all of them give me the same error message. As far as I know all of aespa’s and HOYO-MiX’s other releases are available with no problem.

Something similar happened when I tried to access Come Play by Arcane and League of Legends but it also had two identical albums when searched for and one worked while the other didn’t. 

I’m on iPhone 14 iOS 17.6.1 and Deezer app 10.23.0.5. I’m located in Canada if it’s a licensing problem (but then why would it appear at all if it’s not supposed to be available in Canada + why would there be only 1 release of the artist unavailable…)

Same issue here with aespa's new album whiplash but on android 


It looks like the new aespa album is not properly released on deezer, it don’t show up when I search it on my desktop app and when I click the direct link to the album on deezer provided by aespa, tracks are here but not playable. I’m in switzerland and it should not be a license problem since the album is available on ALL other streaming platform...
