Create Playlist from Track Mix

My husband and I are trialling Deezer and there are a few features that are making it really hard to leave our current subscription - two features that are rather frustrating are the track mixes - LOVE the algorithm, but the inability to add songs to listen to next/add to queue (for flow as well) is incredibly limiting in my music experience (Ie I don’t want to stop/change a playlist, but just want to listen to a song my friend recommended so I can respond).

The other feature that seems to be lover looked is the inability to turn a track mix into a playlist without going into EACH SONG and adding to a newly created playlist. It would be nice if at the top where it shows the song that launched the track mix had the option to “create playlist” as like a 40 song base and then we could add as well, or send it to a friend.

Your first issue is “a feature, not a bug”. 😉If you search a track and click on Play, it will automatically create a Track Mix with similar artists then. This “feature” has been introduced some years ago, and nothing you say will convince them that this is a bug. Also adding just one new track to an active mix in the queue will not be allowed, you would have to remove that mix from the queue first.

You can create a new playlist from the play queue when it’s done, i.e. your whatever mix has finished or you have stopped it. Click on this purple icon in the upper right corner of the play queue, it will open a new window to save the play queue to a new or existing playlist:

A popup with an explanation when hovering this icon would probably help to make this option better known to users.
