Samsung TV keeps loading and nothing happens (cannot play My Music)

So no one ha an answer for this ? Still the only advice is reinstall the app?

What is the name of your Samsung TV?
When did you buy the TV?

Could you check which version of the Deezer app is installed or which is offered to you in the Samsung AppStore.

You can only use Deezer on SamsungTV if the device is from 2017 or newer. The old app no longer works.

Same here on Samsung UE55HU7100. It get stuck on the start up page. Deezer works well on all the other devices. 

Please Deezer move on and get fnd the solution!

Dear all,

Still nothing happens, everything is the same. I have TV Samsung ue50tu8502uxxh_ Crystal UHD 4K. Problems with reproduction_freezing, only 25 songs in favorites etc..Latest version 1.0.25, 12/06/2018. On my other devices everything works fine.

I have the same problem with my samsung tv for many days. still loading again and again... 

Hi, I also have the same issue since 2w on my UE40JU6410 Samsung TV. The app gets stuck on the loading page. Firmware of my TV is up to date, Smarthub has been reset, Deezer app has been reinstalled but still the same issue. Please get this bug fixed asap as I am using it very often and do pay for it to work smoothly.

Would the new application have been redone?  (UI / UX interface) With new things (eg new animations).  Would the application be optimized?

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Samsung TV app doesn't work as we expected :disappointed_relieved:  we've had some challenges on this and other TV apps during the course of last year, so we're focusing on getting it sorted this year. It'll take a bit of time, but we'll keep our community updated. Thank you for your support and for your patience :pray_tone2:

Yes, at the moment, there won't be a specific fix for this as we've dedicated development resources to the updates.

But, there might be a firmware update from Samsung that can help you or a factory reset. Have you tried reaching out to them?

I’ve just tried to login to Deezer via my Samsung Tv in Spain & it still says after may months of being off line, that “Deezer Server is not Responding”. 
The app may work via the TV in the UK, will try when I get back next week, but it’s still not working in Spain, just like it didn’t work last year for a few months.

Unfortunately, now as last year, all we receive from Deeezer is the same bland response that “they have nearly solved the problem”. 
well after all these months, ,nearly”, is just not good enough, particularly  when we’re still having to pay the monthly subscription in full, with no tv access to Deezer particularly in Spain !
