Deezer is no longer opening up on my Samsung smart tv. The circle underneath the Deezer logo just keeps spinning around?
I have no problems using YouTube or Netflix.
Tried to chat to Deezer direct but each day this week they say they are closed?

FYI I believe all TV app are currently being updated by Deezer so hopefully they'll be an update soon 🙂
I have the same problem in my samsung tv. Just loading forever for no reason but it never starts no matter how long you wait. // as another user says, other apps are working perfect this is the only one not working ( youtube / Netflix / spotify as an example ).
It hasn't been fully launched yet, we're almost crossing the line

To help with the investigation, could you please provide answers to the following questions:
- What email address are you using to log into the Deezer app on your TV?
- What are the TV brand and model code? You can find this on the back on the TV (this code can also be found in the settings of your TV).
- Could you tell me if your TV is connected to your network via your Wi-Fi or via cable?
- Could you check if you have strong signal on your TV (you can test other apps such as YouTube and let me know how fast it takes to download)?

Hold on, do you mean the new TV app? If yes, we don’t have an estimate, yes, but it should be very very soon. We need to wait for the manufacturers to give the green lights, for example. I’ll keep you posted!
I can not access my music on my Samsung UE55MU7040 television. It keeps on going with this loading screen. I can only acces the home page; only showing music I do not want to listen… ever.
Still works great in my iPhone. Although slightly slower loading these Days.
I might consider making a switch to spotify.

In the meantime, please try restarting devices (including network) and requesting a new password for your Deezer account
If there's a firmware update available for the TV? Or have you had an update recently?
Same for me. I have a Samsung ue55nu8050 from 2017. When I start the app it keeps loading. I deleted the app and installed the app again but nothing works.

Using Deezer app on Samsung TV, though it seems to have severe loading issues. After you press on any of the song types or just move around the app, eventually it’s just stuck on loading and never ends, you have to restart app.
Would it be possible to fix this issue? Also, how often do you update the app?
Morning, for the past 2 days the Deezer app on our Samsung TV model UA55M6000, with Deezer version 1.0.25, uninstalled and reinstalled is not working. It opens past the loading screen into the music homepage, but the homepage is blank except for the menu options and it hangs in this screen.
All other streaming services working fine on the TV, and Deezer is working on phones and computers. It just wont work on the TV.

The app is still supported but these issues won't be fixed at the moment - we'll be looking to update the app in the future. So for the time being, do you have any Chromecast enabled device to cast from your phone with our Deezer mobile app?
Any update on this as I am experiencing the same issues as the above comments on my Samsung TV. All I get is that it can't connect to the server and to try again later.
