360 Server issues?


Is anyone else having a issue with trying to search for music while listening on the 360 app?

I’m brand new to the community, and I understand that it’s a work in progress, but not being able to simply search while listening is frustrating.

music keeps playing through headphones by the way, just can’t interact with the app at all (and yes I’ve tried turning off and on again in all contexts).

Running IOS 15 point whatever the f*** on iPhone 12

Tested on my iPhone: no issues.
What subscription did you book?

Yearly, and I’m based in the UK.

It seems to drop in and out when I’m using it at the moment. Got it moving again now but it will likely happen again. Maybe they’re having server updates and it’s just bad timing?

It may well be that there are server issues that only affect some countries/areas.

I have this issue and I’m based in the UK. I had an email from Deezer to claim they’d fixed the problem, however they haven’t. I replied and haven’t heard anything since.

BTW Tidal offers 360 tracks - I’m on a free trial with them at the moment and I’m considering switching.
