Bugs on Apple TVNew

I’ve found following bugs:if you start to play a personal playlist or Flow, after a few tracks the first track of the playlist starts to play again and after that you listen to the first ~4 tracks in the loop. I don’t know if it is the time or the amount of played tracks related bug. N.B. to reproduce the bug you should not press anything and just leave the app playing the music; in Flow if you press Next track around ~30 times a loading animation appears instead of the album cover, after that when you hide the app, the flow restarts from the first track; when you hide the app while listening Flow, the first track starts to play; the timer for idle mode is not reset when you press a button. When you listen to a track in a playlist and want to select a track in the same playlist by pressing left/right button the idle screen(album cover) appears after some time. It is very frustrating, because when you continue to press multiple times the right button to select(not to play) a track, suddenly the idle screen(album cover) appears and the right button switches its functionality from “navigation” to “next track”, and because of that you accidentally switch to the next track.Missing feature:cannot add a track from Flow to a playlist, only to favorites.Environment info:Device - A2843OS - tvOS 18.6 [22M84]App version - 1.5.0

Even after clearing the cache I hear the same songs over and over. I have over 2000 favorites and many favorite bands and lots of playlists.  I think the algorithm Deezer uses is repetitive.

Please Add a Dedicated, Separate Podcasts Section on DeezerNew

Dear Deezer Team,I would like to kindly request the addition of a completely separate and dedicated section for Podcasts that is fully distinct from Music on the Deezer app.Podcasts are a unique form of audio content, fundamentally different from music, and deserve their own standalone space.While Deezer currently offers podcasts within the Explore tab and Favorites, having a clearly separate Podcasts tab—independent from music—would greatly enhance user experience by improving organization, discoverability, and ease of navigation.A dedicated Podcasts tab could include features such as curated categories, popular shows, editorial picks, and filters by duration or language, making podcast exploration more intuitive and enjoyable without mixing with music content.This separation respects the distinct nature of podcasts and music, allowing users to switch between the two without confusion or interference in their listening queues.Thank you for considering this feature to make Deezer even better for podcast listeners.

Clear queueNot for now

I know I can remove tracks from the queue one by one. but i would like to remove all tracks in one click. sometimes, you mistakenly add a long playlist to the queue and you just want to remove it.

Unlimited favorite tracksNot for now

Would like to see Deezer match Spotify and allow unlimited “loves” or favorite tracks. I don’t really create playlists, and I love that Flow incorporates music I haven’t favorited yet, but I’d like the ability to “heart” those songs without worrying about hitting my limit at some point.

More Than 2000 Songs Per PlaylistNew

Moving over from Spotify, chose Deezer because of all the services I looked into it had the fewest songs missing from my library overall, but the 2000 song limit on playlists is incredibly limiting and restrictive and I now have several playlists that had to be broken up into 2-4 parts which is just not great if I want to shuffle the whole thing!

Suggestion: Find playlists containing a trackNew

It would be great to be able to find the playlists which a particular track has been added to. It would be a good way to find playlists I might like without having to search for whatever description it was given.

Please make Deezer remember my playback queue after closing the appNew

Hi Deezer team,I really enjoy using Deezer, but it’s frustrating that my current play queue (with a mix of songs from different playlists or albums) is not saved once I close the app. I often find only “Recently Played” when I reopen it instead of continuing my queue. Could you please add a feature so that queues are preserved automatically, or at least offer a “restore previous queue” option? Many users would appreciate this!

View Playlists from SongNew

Spotify lets you see which playlists the song your listening to is under, and also lets you remove it from playlists there. As of right now, you can only remove songs from a playlist within that playlist.

keep Deezer open in the carNew

Hi! I recently finally got off Spotify and moved to Deezer and love it! With one major exception. My phone screen doesn’t stay open when I’m play Deezer in the car. It seems way safer for me not to have to re-login to my phone every time I want to see the playlist or switch to a new one while driving. This is an option in Spotify, could Deezer create this as an option as well?

It's about time to link Deezer with Google Home in the Netherlands. Otherwise you are at risk to lose customers to Spotify! Also you must take a look at the link to Deezer that is used in the HEOS app. This needs improvement because it has limited possibilities. Take a look at the Spotify connexion! Or............ Download Music by ArtistNew

I would really love to download all of my liked songs by a certain artist. I should be able to “Download” an Artist and have all of my Favorited songs from that artist be downloaded and reachable from the Artist tab. I don’t want to have to create a playlist with only one Artist’s music on it.

A Progressive Web App (PWA) for Deezer could improve the user experience for Chromebooks and Linux, as well as offer a solid alternative to Windows and Mac desktop apps. PWA users would gain better media keys integration, notifications, a shortcut on the menu, among other things.All major streaming services offer PWAs: Spotify, Tidal, YouTube Music. Deezer needs one too!

Dedicated output device option Deezer desktopNot for now

Right now the desktop app plays audio through the output selected by Windows. This means that other than Deezer audio, I also hear other Windows sounds such as warnings, Teams notifications etc. If the desktop app had an option to override the Windows audio output you could set it to another source and allow only the Deezer output to flow through your headphones. Tidal has this feature and it’s great. It could be implemented with a simple toggle to allow users that doesn’t like it to turn it off.

Show progress bar when uploading Mp3s to the browser version of DeezerNot for now

I have been told that you have to wait for the MP3s to appear under the MP3s tab to confirm if it is actually updating. I feel like I can wait two hours before I realize that the process never started or failed! Please add a visual representation of how the process is progressing.

Move up “My topgenres” in the Home tabNew

I use “My Top Genres a lot to find new albums. On the Home tab in Deezer it has been moved to the 15th place, which requires a lot of scrolling. I suggest movibg it to the top 5.

 Hello Deezer Team,I really enjoy using your app and I appreciate the way you make the music experience more special every day. I’d like to share a few small suggestions that might improve the user experience even further: Sometimes works by different artists with the same name appear under one artist profile, which can be confusing during discovery. Some artist photos seem outdated; refreshing them could make the app feel more current. Lyrics are occasionally missing or incomplete; having more accurate and complete lyrics would be very helpful. Lastly, a more modern and refreshed interface could make the app even more enjoyable and user-friendly. I’m sharing these ideas in the spirit of contributing to your vision of making music even more engaging and delightful. Thank you for your attention, and best of luck with your continued work.

Downloaded files no longer play in HIFI when back on Wifi, also how often do I have to log on to play themNew

Hi,   I am a big fan of Deezer and use it quite a bit.  Two things I have noticed about downloading files for offline play. The first one and the one that is bothersome.  I download at HQ that is about the same as a high quality mp3 I believe and that is fine , I don’t want to take too long to download and if I ever really began downloading I would not want to have to worry about space.  I notice  when I am back online though when I choose to play those songs whether individually or through a playlist, they play at HQ (the downloaded quality) not HIFI which I much more prefer. Two be clear I download at HQ , steam at HIFI and when songs are downloaded they default to HQ even though I am trying to stream…. Any thoughts ? Changes I could make ? I may just turn around and download in the HIFI quality as I really don’t download many of the songs anyway.    The second thing about downloaded files is often they will not play at all when not online.  I am often met with a popup saying file can’t play because I am offline.  So I reconnect to wifi (when back home) play a song or two, go back into offline mode and the downloaded songs all work again.  Is this just a ‘thing,’ that you have to log in every day or so to keep your downloaded songs working ?   (This becomes a bit of a thing because these are on a media player; unlike my phone the wifi is not on by default to save battery strength).      These two things apply to a media player , I also stream on a laptop on which I don’t bother to download anything and every is fine there. Does anybody know if playing downloaded songs apply to end of month\end of years lists (most played songs etc.)?

I saw an idea of adding like/dislike buttons to the notification menu, which is great! But how about adding it to the widget as well? And making the main widget resizable? It's really frustrating compared to similar apps.And do something with your freezing widget, please! None of the advice helped, all the settings are fine, cleaning and reinstalling didn't work. Galaxy S23.

Separate profiles on Apple TVNew

Since tvOS 16 it is possible for each user to have separate user data in an app, allowing each user to be logged into separate accounts if an app implements the support for this:https://developer.apple.com/documentation/tvservices/mapping-apple-tv-users-to-app-profilesThis would make the Apple TV app infinitely more useful for us who have separate Deezer accounts while using the same Apple TV.
