Try whitelisting braze with an r.

That was a typo in my message, sorry.

I found why I still had this message.

Braze was a CNAME for a CDN so we have to also whitelist the fastly URL: d2.shared.global.fastly.net

We'll look into it deeper @hpguru thanks for making your contribution :relaxed:

It shouldn't be your internet as the speed is more than enough, but it could be on our side. Keep you posted!

Hey @C Figueirôa @graygarbage

Thank you for reporting this, please follow updates on this topic here :thumbsup_tone2:

I keep having this same error message randomly with web version, it comes and goes regardless if browser is an active window or not. All music loads and plays fine, no stops etc. Running Ubuntu 22.04LTS with latest versions/updates of Firefox/Chrome (Adblock etc disabled) and 4G 100Mbps connection with constant ping running to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS). I see no connection drops/breaks/lost packages at all, ping usually between 20-40ms. Though this does not affect my listening anyway, it is still very annoying to see this.

Same error in finnish while connection is fine.

This might happen if you block the marketing / advertising resources deezer tries to load (for example appboy).

I understand Deezer wants to run this kind of things, however I think the banner is too much.

Hello @ADJ On which platform do you get this message, the desktop app or the website?

I’m getting the same message. Desktop app.

Hey,

I just wanted to share my experience regarding the frustrating message "Your computer seems to be offline. We'll keep trying to connect." I've been encountering the same issue, even though I'm confident that my computer is not offline. It's been quite a nuisance, especially while using Deezer on my Firefox 82.

However, I managed to find a solution that worked for me, and I thought I'd pass it along. I went into my DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials add-on and made some configurations. Specifically, I added deezer.com to the list of unprotected sites. Surprisingly, this resolved the problem, and now I can use Deezer without constantly being prompted about my computer's offline status.

It was a DNS problem on my router. I talked with my internet service provider and they fix it. Not a Deezer’ fault. Check your internet, guys.

Please make sure that your Windows System is up to date, Antivirus software is not blocking/limiting Deezer in any way, the energy-saving option for Deezer is deactivated and Deezer is installed in the default location (not moved manually).

I couldn’t see braze on my router logs, but I seem to have stopped the pop-up on the web player (I don’t use the web app as I cast from Chrome) by whitelisting deezer.com & its subdomains in my router’s DNS resolver, which subscribes to a number of DNS block lists including AdGuard & YoYo.

Note that my chromecast audio kept playing despite the message, but I couldn’t control it while the pop-up was displayed.

I’d welcome an explanation why whitelisting deezer.com should stop the pop-up.

this happening to me desktop app and Web  in window 11 and window 10

I can confirm it's Braze. At least, it is for me.

If you use a DNS sinkhole, you might want to check whether it's blocked.

I'm not unblocking it, even if that disables some features in the program.

Hi,

Did you have some progress on this?

All trackers disabled in Windows app, but still have this message.

DNS filter enabled with PiHole, and even whitelisting blaze.com I still have this anoying message.

Best.
