Being logged out of Desktop version every day.

The app keeps logging me out and I have to put up with an insane amount of Captchas, some that I can’t even finish because there are no identifiable images left to click! So I’m stuck in this loop when really I should already be listening to music. I will be switching to another service that isn’t Spotify if I have to keep doing this. Apple at least had me resetting my password via email which was quicker than this.

Sorting of contents on artist pages in Desktopversion/Browser

1. When you are on the profile page of an artist, you can sort the albums [ Release date - A-Z - Frequently listened to ]- This should also be possible for the other sections [ EPs - Singles - Compilations - Appears on ] (so far these sections cannot be sorted and are displayed in random order)

Agregar multiples veces una canción a una playlist

Hola @Deezer @DeezerHelp,Me gustaría solicitar que se considere la opción de añadir una canción más de una vez a una lista de reproducción en futuras actualizaciones. Make Deezer more attraktive to playlist curators

Hello, my name is Jerry, and I work as a playlist curator. I curate about 15 playlists and promote them with social media ads, offering artists a chance to be discovered.It's no secret that Spotify has grown primarily through the idea of playlists. Curating and sharing songs is fun, and putting together a very personal collection of music and presenting it to people of all worth is a great feeling.Deezer has a similar functionality; you can create playlists, suggest them to other people, and if they like the playlist, they can become a "fan" of it (similar to a follower/like). This allows users to see how popular a playlist is. A great feature. Unfortunately, this number doesn't say much about how actively the playlist is listened to. Artists featured on the playlist do not know on how many playlists they are featured and how many streams they receive from each playlist. I would very much welcome it if Deezer would release these numbers in "Creators for Deezer," and not just numbers fr

Sound volume adjustment UI stinky

 Probably the most used part of the App is the volume button. Often I want to change the volume quickly. Making it a hover and then move the slider left or right is bad UI design. It should be simpler for a basic and important function.

Garmin Connect link

Hey, I use Deezer by connecting with my mail account (no password).I have received my Garmin watch and I am trying to connect my Deezer but in the connection screen on the app I cannot connect using my mail only. It looks like I am forced to put mail and password which I don't have. Do you have any idea on this matter ?

List view for albums and artists?

Is there really no toggling between list and tile view in the web player? You can’t even jump to a certain letter, e.g. to jump from artists beginning with A to ones beginning with G quickly.The infinite loading system also makes it super-tedious to scroll to the bottom of your library, you need to scroll and wait dozens of times to load everything.My library isn’t that big but even with around 10000 tracks this gets very annoying very quickly.

Can't find list view setting

I’ve been using Deezer for a number of years, and as might be expected my “Favourite Artist” folder is huge. There’s no way to organize artists, which is alright if I can quickly skim the list of artists to find the right fit for any given moment.However, I’ve recently hit a roadblock: I have increased font size on my phone for easier texting, but now my Favourite Artist folder shows nine artists at a time, underneath thumbnails which I don’t need, arranged horizontally so that I have to read side to side, like a book, and then the next line, etc. The names often cut off. It’s an incredibly slow process.All I need is a simple list. I don’t even need thumbnails. But this interface is currently unusable. I can scroll for 30 seconds and only be up to the letter F. What’s the workaround? Where is the setting? How can I set my Deezer app to “list only” or “thumbnails off”?I’ve been a Deezer HiFi family plan subscriber for years, I’ve personally paid over a thousand dollars to this app. It h

Is there a way to view the songs in a track mix?

On Spotify, when you choose a radio based on a song or artist, you can see all the songs included in that mix. On Deezer it appears the next song just comes up. Is there a way to see what’s on the track mix?

Why aren't concerts not showing on artists page anymore?

A while ago the feature of including concerts on artist pages by addig them to songkick.com and being fetched automatically by Deezer worked. Now it’s not working anymore and the Deezer creators dashboard is so rudimentary that I can’t even check if there’s a problem there somehow. Screenshot is from Songkick.I can’t find the dates on the artist page in the browser or app. It’s just gone. The show has been added on Songkick weeks ago and is displaying on bandcamp for example.Why has it been removed? Or is it buggy and needs a fix? For us as a small band it’s super important to use this feature. Please fix this :). I’m trying to move so many people from Sp*tify to Deezer but there need to be a lot of fixes before the UX is smooth.

Why should long term subscriber stay?

I've been with Deezer since the start, because there was a plug-in in my squeezebox, that's 17 years.I've always been the only one of my friend groups to not be on the big one. Nothing new there.Is was annoying when they sent links and playlists.The playlist imports utilities used to work but no longer.Then the execlusive podcasts started, I've missed those.Now 15 hours of audio books is included in membership. I've seen people complain 15 hours is not enough but for me that would be perfect.Are there any plans afoot to match these deals and give a customer of 17 years a reason to not move next month?

Rearrange Playlist on mobile

I am extremely upset as for months now I have been restricted from rearranging my queue on my mobile device when WE USED TO BE ABLE TO. This has drastically changed how often I listen to my music now and had made it completely frustrating to be unable to customize a service that I PAY for!! I  am now being told my Susanne on chat that it is only available on computer and there are NO PLANS TO ENABLE ON THE APP. Please explain to me why TH it has been removed from mobile, only allowed on PC when we are a mobile device generation? When will this be rectified? I feel like this has to be a joke

Search results

What happened to search results? Only 37 results for all tracks by Eminem?I had already added 49 songs years ago and was going to add more and only 37 come up??!!This happened a few weeks ago and is a problem with every artist I try. Only very limited results.I left Spotify for their lack of being able to sort search results alphabetically, do I have take my subscription back to them?

"New releases for you" should function as a playlist

I use “New releases for you” a lot to find songs I like. However, it doesn’t function as a playlist - you click on one of the songs and it plays, then when the song has finished it starts playing other songs by the same artist. To progress to the next song on the list you have to click on to the next track. It would be nice if “New releases for you” could function as a playlist.

I've been using an equalizer since I started using Deezer. But now I can't find its icon under audio settings. I tried connecting different bluetooth devices. It's all the same. Anyone had an idea what could be a reason for that?

Search function is completely broken since the the rebrand

The search function is completely broken.I have already reported this to the support of Deezer and this must have been 2,5 - 3 months ago and it is still broken.And I have told them that at least for android it happened since version 8.x of the app, when the switch to the purple heart was madeIt simply does not show content in the search results while it is available and I can listen to it (I have albums marked as favourite that do not show up.I have given very simple steps to reproduce the error + all the information I could give and even gave told you that on android version .x6 and 7.x do show more results (the order it is sorted though is terrible) but at least it does show more results.The images below is just one of the search terms that simply do not show content I know is available and the screenshots were taken about a month ago.The images below show you how much results are not shown in the latest version ignore the red bar it just states that the browser is not supported, I

Progress Bar Color

I don’t know why but the changing colour in the song progress Bar is really annoying to me. Why can’t we  standardise the color? Why can’t we just stick to white color? An orange background with a purple progress bar? I just want a simple monochrome , minimalistic black and white player.

WORST Experience on Android

Here's my info, just for reference.Samsung Galaxy A73 5GAndroid 14One UI 6.1Deezer Premium 8.0.20.3 Out of all the music streaming apps I use on my phone, including Spotify and YouTube Music, Deezer's app is unequivocally the worst by far. In fact, out of all the various different apps I use for work, social media, etc., Deezer is still the worst. It is extremely laggy and resource intensive, and is also very heavy on RAM and CPU usage. It bugs out so frequently that I have to force stop the app at least once per day, otherwise the following features can break: can't pause/play/skip songs inside the app or using the notification; notification doesn't even show up; can't play or shuffle playlists; it will behave like the full song player isn't open even when it is, so it will just start pressing random buttons and playing random songs; widget won't load; it will refuse to add a song to a playlist or favourites; and more issues I can't even remember right now. Probably the most frustrati
