to me he goes back and forth alone with songs without me doing anything. ideas? #Android

Hi, With a family subscription all profiles should be able to add another connection method to act as an individual account if I am not misunderstanding. However it does not work correctly since some months, I can connect using my personal account but I am always redirected to the “Select your profile" page and in my account settings I always have the option to “Add an email and a password".
I have an error in the app beta, in the background the application closes sometimes. When i cast with chromcast the app stop, closes with a error message “ Deezer closed because this app has a bug ...” device : samsung s10+ android 12 deezer beta version : 7.0.12.1

Improvement: ▷ [CONVERSION] The Google Play Billing process is now retryable in case of a timeout, i.e. a "retry" button is now displayed in the error page to allow the user to relaunch the process (CONVERSION-1286) Bug fix: ▷ [FAMILY] When tapping the "Members" section of the settings after having churned and deleted the last remaining sub-profile from a Family account, a proper error screen (saying "An error has occurred, you are unable to access your profile list") is now displayed (CX-3441) Enjoy !
Hi, There have been a lot of fuss regarding Notion doing an overall to their app and going native on both Android and iOS with twice to three times speed improvements on UI. See: My understanding is that Deezer shares a lot of code between iOS and Android. There are also lags in the UI from time to time (e.g. when dealing with favourites). Would Deezer consider going native in an upcoming version? Best
Hello there, A new BETA version of the Android application is available, see release notes below. Bug fix: ▷ [LYRICS] When switching from portrait to landscape mode, the lyrics screen no longer scrolls up and down before reaching the currently played lines. - Other updates: ▷ [FAMILY] New messages (e.g. banner in the "Members" screen, pop-up) were implemented in the app for members of a Family account that left the service in order to inform them of the situation and their options ▷ [MESSAGING] Notifications are no longer displayed in the Search and Premium tabs ▷ [SETTINGS] There is now a button at the bottom of the Audio settings to access the "Audio output" page ▷ [SONGCATCHER] The SongCatcher result page is now properly closed when launching a Track mix from its options menu
Just a couple of months ago I posted a piece regarding the loss of the EQ settings under the Audio section on my Pixel 6 Pro. It turned out that it was removed from the mobile app entirely. I was bummed out big time. Well after an update today I'm more than pleased to see that the EQ option has returned!! And not only that but Deezer has made a couple of visual tweeks as well. It now displays which device is currently playing and through which way whether it be Bluetooth or what have you. It's all in all the best update to the most popular way of listening to Deezer Premium. That being on the mobile app. Thank you guys @Deezer Premium @Deezer . You've made me think that my opinion (as well as many others I'm sure) actually matters and it's good to know that complaints or issues don't go unheard or unseen.
Hello there, A new beta version of our Android application is available : v7.0.7 (available since June 17th) Release notes: Feature: ▷ [lyrics] In the lyrics page of a song, users can now click the "!" icon (in the top right corner) to r eport a problem regarding the lyrics. When tapping the icon, a menu with multiple choices opens (synchronization error, matching issue, typo, etc.) and the user can select and submit a report. Improvement: ▷ [flow] When playing a Flow mood, its name is now displayed at the top of the big player -- Bug fixes: ▷ [DYNAMIC PAGES] The camera icon is now properly displayed in the direct play button on video content ▷ [favorites] In the favorite Playlists page, the size of the "+" sign of the playlist creation button was increased for tablets ▷ [favorites] An album is no longer duplicated in the favorite Albums page when trying to remove it from favorites (from its options menu) ▷ [messaging] Free restriction pop-ups don't pile up anymore when trying to skip
