@Mark Sacks please click on the 3 dots on a PC on web or desktop app and report the problem. Our music team will take it from there and fix it. However, it might take some time because that’s the way it was received.

When I play it start of the song is normal, but in the first minute, sound is like underwater, I try to skip few seconds, but it still the same:(((

@felixdeleon you need to contact your label and ask to deliver the songs to Deezer as I wasn’t able to find them in por catalog.

Hi @Marc Sacks, I reported your situation to our catalog team, and they informed me that Beethoven Piano Trios by Trio Alterna was taken down on June 6th.

However, the order in which we serve content is determined by the labels.

We do have another version of that release available here: Beethoven Piano Trios

Hi there!

 

I've stumbled on two homonymous artists while listing to Broadway actor and singer Jeremy Jordan [check Wikipedia : Jeremy Jordan (born 1984)] and some 1980s boys band style singer Jeremy Jordan born in 1973 [check Wikipedia: Jeremy Jordan (born 1973)]

 

It appears that no artist page exist for the latter, Jeremy Jordan born in 1973, hence his songs and albums are catalogued under the Broadway actor and singer !

Could you correct this ?

For instance :

the album from the 1973-born "Try my love" > https://deezer.page.link/tUcGNRsx29USA29b9

Hello!

My recently distributed song does not play on Deezer, either on mobile or web: https://deezer.page.link/6dw2yN5dyTB7TQ3d9

Also, it should be a Dolby Atmos song. I have already reported this with the distributor, but maybe I should report it here as well.

Hello! Reporting a bug that's been bothering me for years in the Android app: Battle-axe by Deftones is broken if downloaded for offline use. 1:18-1:45 section of the track is inaccessible no matter what. “Repair file” doesn't help. I’m pretty sure the problem presents itself only if the track is downloaded.

 

Reported it via the in-app “Report problem” function as well.

In the Deezer catalogue, the copyright information below the listing for Patrick Cowley’s album “Malebox” is incorrect.

Currently the copyright information reads as: © 2022 Dark Entires Records

The copyright information should read as: © 2022 Dark Entries Records

Apparently the track still does not work. In the meantime, a redelivery to Apple and TIDAL came through and now the Atmos track is available in these services. My delivery was also to Deezer, but the track does not work regardless of the redelivery.


I think I read somewhere that it is information from the labels that determines release date?  Is that so?  Is the following fixable:

The Rickie Lee Jones album “Pirates”   is showing as 01/01/1970.  Wikipedia has it as July 15, 1981.

Hi everyone,

I have a issue with a Shinedown album, The Sound of Madness: it shows me with duplicate tracks, either in the normal version or the Deluxe. It happens just in Android app, not on browser or Windows app. I tried to delete cache ora reinstall the app but nothing changed.

This is the first time it happens, no other albums have this issue. Yes I tried to turn off the phone but it still remains
