Hi Rudy,
There’s 7 days left to complete the 2 months waiting since I requested access to deezer backstage.
The 14 days waiting was due to the response I received from Kevin, who recommended me to write to backstage@deezer.com.
My profile seems to have no problems.

it should be possible in the backstage to “erase” albums from your profile if they are not yours.

Can someone help me here?

Hi all. We are publishing an album with CdBaby. So we should basically claim an artist page, but.. Some month ago we published a song for a label I don’t know which distributor they used, now there is already a page for our band with a single track. Can this be an issue? Than, how can we upload an avatar/logo for our band and a banner image before publishing the album? Or it goes online without images? Thanks

Hello @zLE, I don’t think this is an issue, you can claim your artist profile by making a request on the Backstage platform
