Download Music not loading in offline mode

It's not playlists it's downloaded albums and music that i added to my favourite list

I have the exact same problem with my favorite tracks playlist, it never loads if i am offline. I have tried clearing the cache, logging out, restarting my phone and logging back but it did nothing 

I've recently noticed the same thing. My favourite tracks show as being downloaded but when I try to open the list or play it tells me I'm offline, which I already know because I took it offline. Previously downloaded tracks played fine when offline. Deezer 6.2.32.56 running on Android 11, Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, build RP1A.200720.012

Just so that we're 100% sure on this one, can you please confirm your Deezer app version?

My deezer is 6.2.33.56.

And just to mention it works only when I "kill" deezer app in background and  start fresh one in offline mode. If i turn of wifi during deezer app working offline will not play. 

Same problem and no solutions to fix it. 

I think it's needed an update.

Just had the issue Wednesday the 08. September.

But I have this issue pretty often and it's the most annoying thing about deezer.

Are you still experiencing the same issue? I would suggest you to clean the cache of the Deezer app on your phone. Also, please make sure that your Deezer app is updated to the latest version.

I have the same exact problem, after the cleaning cache memory, problem still exists.

I deleted the app, reinstalled version 6.2.34.56 (which I believe is the last version that allows you to save downloads to external storage), redownloaded all of my music then turned off automatic updates. I've got maybe 60 GB in tracks downloaded and haven't had any issues since.

Issues like this always showed up after an update, and the removal of the option to save to external storage forced me to remove that factor from the equation. I should have done it much earlier.

I would add that, in offline mode, Deezer plays songs that I didn’t download (but they are in my favorites playlists).

I have also been having this issue for the past few months. I work in remote locations so having data signal available is just not possible. So HOW do you access your downloaded music if the App needs data to view your download?
Come now, we pay a lot of money for something that we can only use when the infrastructure allows it. Backwards.

This should be fixed in the latest version of the app, have you updated the app recently? 

Same issue seems to be happening to me with podcasts this time, Deezer is completely updated and I have even joined the beta to see if that fixes it but it isn't working

I’m having the same issues a year on, its really becoming a problem now especially since the price of a subscription has gone up and more than 80% of the time I’m not able to use the main feature I’m paying for. Starting to get ridiculous, app version 9.21.0 (9.21.0.2). Any suggestions? 

Exact same issue here. Have the most up to date version. I even selected for them not to be downloaded and then redownloaded. It shows the songs as being downloaded but won't play.
