I'm on Android 11. I have a really frustrating problem where upon opening my phone the song I'm listening to stops and the playlist goes back to the last song that was playing when it was open. It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes I'm in the middle of listening to a song, open it to check a message and then all of a sudden I'm back to the start of a song I listened to twenty minutes ago. I've reinstalled the app but this has actually been happening for a long time... Anyone have any ideas?
Hello there I cancelled my Deezer subscription at the end of July. I have just noticed that the monthly subscription fee is still being taken from my account! Could you please arrange a refund of the erroneous payments and for the payments to stop? Many thanks Alexis Warren

I am currently 25 so i still qualify to try the student plan of the trail but i can’t seem to apply for it every time i do it just says We are unable to complete your transaction. I’ve tried my card and paypal but the result is the same. Are they getting rid of the trails?
There should be an option to search for songs in the user's own playlists.
I feel like this is a Major feature that is missing!! When you are listening to the Flow it is not possible to add a song to play next?add a song to the queue. I have seen a thread requesting this from 4 YEARS ago. Why is it not a feature yet?
^It’s hilariously bad community work to just bluntly tell people that “Non-binary” isn’t a gender. And then link them to the entire GDPR text without even doing the bare minimum to link to the appropriate chapter or section. You don’t need anyone’s gender—not even from a technical standpoint (this account in particular was created through a third-party SSO and didn’t provide a gender, and yet your system didn’t complain). You’re just greedy.
Happens that when ever I launch Deezer on my windows pc, it starts with an ugly, really hateful boring and strident song on the playback bar which is “La Falta - Mike Bahia, Carin Leon” I do not like that genere and I really hate that sound. I am used to spotify that launches with the last state or last song you left it or at least a song from your likes library. Please fix it, its really inconvinient because it requires me to take more steps to play my liked music. Thanks

Goede middag ik heb een probleem met mijn deezer. Als ik de qpp open is er niks aan de hand, maar zodat ik wat wil afspelen loopt het alleen maar vast. Ook als ik wofo heb maakt niet uit het loopt steeds vast. Ik vond deezer een hele goeie app voor muziek. Dit is dan natuurlijk heel zonde. The calculator (https://www.deezer.com/us/ucps/me) is blatantly incorrect. It states that 1000 streams in a month means that 99% of my subscription goes to artists I didn't listen to. Example: There are 3 million subscribers in September paying $10. The total pot is $10 * 3,000,000 = $30,000,000 They each stream 1500 times in a month, for a total of 4.5 billion streams. User A streaming 1000 times in the same month, means they have (1000 / 4,500,000,000) of the total streams. The payout for those 1000 streams will be (1000 / 4,500,000,000) * $30,000,000 = $6.66 The percentage of their subscription going to their artists ($6.66/$10) * 100 = 66.6% If User B streamed the average amount of 1500 streams, their generated royalties would be (1500/4,500,000,000) * 30,000,000 = $10 100% of User B's subscription would go to their artists. Hi, So, I've been paying $26 a year on a very nice deal from Deezer. I would love to get some of my friends on Deezer too but gifts start on $33 per 3 months or $110 per year. That's 300% more... It's insane. Why is this?
here’s a couple of feature ideas to make deezer more better • spatial audio (like 360 reality from sony and/or dolby atmos) • ability to differentiate from hq and hifi by adding in technical sample details (ie 16 bit/44.1kHz at whatever codec it’s using like aac, flac etc)
...and no, nobody else is using my account, as advised to another user here. country preference is also set to my country. all other features, such as play the track mix is working according to my preferences, "just" the flow - and now for weeks! - has turned into french pop radio. I have blocked so many french artists now that I am already wondering how many french pop artists there are? I am on the verge of throwing away my painfully manicured account of 5 years as this is unbearable. please advise.

Hi support team, is there any work in the process or releasing Deezer Connect? Basically it’s like a way of turning my phone Deezer app into a remove to control my computer’s Deezer app. I think this is a deeply wanted request that even Tidal has done it for themselves. I’d like to know if you guys have intention of doing it, and if so, what is the timeline like?
I decided to switch to Deezer from Spotify. I transferred my Spotify playlists in the directed way. But where are they now ? Unlike Spotify, there is no simple playlist selection in the left-hand column, Deezer is recommending everything except the content I transferred over. There’s no option to display the recommended content in list form - it’s all huge tiles. Spotify is bad in many ways, but at least the UI is fairly intuitive and easy for a new user. Deezer is just throwing its own recommendations at me and not making it easy for me. The software should work for me. I shouldn’t have to account for the arbitrary whims of the designers, who obviously have no idea what they’re doing. I won’t be signing up for premium, I’ll just go back to Spotify.

Hi, A friend exchanged gift cards in a cocacola promotion, he uses spotify, so I used the cards. Everything OK: Until I reported a bug I found in Android Auto. Kaltum, from support, decided it was the best to reset my account, and force me to change the pass and unlink fb and gmail and now all the gift cards are gone from the account. I am hoping there is another support agent in this company, because I could not be bother waiting a day per message. I find annoying that I have to engage on all this issues, just for reporting a bug. What happened to the gift cards?
