deezer asks for payment

Hi i am a t-mobile client and i just got a new phone. So everything is transmitted into the new phone. But my deezer account is all of the sudden not unlimited anymore. Even though it is included with my t-mobile account.

can you help me with getting my unlimited account back because i am paying for it.
