You listen (for example) at web-page

you skip 10 tracks

after skipping ANY tracks wont play.

Wait 5 mins and same tracks / playlists work. Skip 10 more and you are banned again….

how to avoid that?

Hey @sky1232141254321513213412312!

Sorry about it, that shouldn’t happen in a HiFi account. 😕

On that case, the best to do it’s to contact our Customer Care team, they can check your account and ask more private data to check it and help you properly. 😊

Let me know anything else.

That form leads nowhere -- I got no feedback from it.

Try not to skip too many tracks in a row. Instead, listen to the songs for at least a few seconds before deciding to skip. Use the platform's radio or playlist features, which provide a more curated selection of tracks based on your preferences.

no. Theres no difference if you skip or listen first. Skip 10-20 tracks and “network issues” magically happen to you for next 5-15 mins. At ANY page/playlist. After those 15 mins it magically gets ok.

I suppose theres some “anti-ddos / anti-download” or some kind of that system that works PRIOR to web service. ANd it banns you even if you’re just listening to music and have a paid acc XD.

mb deezer should hire someone called “dev-ops” or admin at least. Such an obvious issue.
