→ On deezer.com :keyboard::computer::

  1. Log into your Deezer account
  2. Click on your profile picture
  3. Click on Account Settings
  4. Click on Manage my subscription
  5. Click on Cancel my subscription
  6. Choose your reason for canceling and select Confirm

→ On the mobile app :iphone::

  1. Log into the Deezer app
  2. Open Favorites :heart:
  3. Go to Settings :gear:
  4. Go to Manage my account (My account for iOS users) :mens:
  5. Select Manage my subscription
  6. Select Cancel my subscription
  7. Choose your reason for canceling and select Confirm

I’m paying my subscription via Paypal

You can follow the same process to cancel your subscription as described above :arrow_up: 

It’s also possible to unsubscribe directly on Paypal:

→ Log into your Paypal account:

  1. Click on :gear: at the top right corner of the page
  2. Select the Payments tab
  3. Click on Manage your Automatic Payments
  4. Select the payment corresponding to Deezer Deezer
  5. Click on Cancel and confirm

 

I’m paying Deezer through my mobile provider

If you're paying for Deezer as part of a mobile phone bundle, please contact your mobile provider to cancel your subscription.

 

I subscribed to Deezer through iTunes Store or the Apple Store

In that case, you need to unsubscribe as well through iTunes or the Apple Store. You’ll find more information about the management of subscriptions via Apple on this article. You can also contact their support team if needed.

Now the Deezer subscription ends. I can't sign in on any computer, not google chrome or Firefox browser. And it doesn't even help to reset the password or update to the latest version of the program or remove browsing skills from the browser. Clear history, cache and other data nothing helps. Each time you will be notified Your details are incorrect. Please try again. What do I do with a service that doesn't work like it should? Only the tablet and iphone work. I have 4 computers none of them work. So I will stop ordering immediately. Otherwise it would be ok because Hifi sounds, but when you have such problems and try to do whatever the problems do not go away. Could you end my order right away with the latest invoice I don't want to pay.

Someone used my email to create an account. I just want to permanently close the account, and remove my info.

If it’s in Apple system, then this behaviour is normal. Cancel with Apples.

it wont let me cancel my deezer premium subscription when i go onto my settings on my phone it just gives me alternative payment options. i don’t want to pay for anything i want to cancel it and it won’t give me an option to do so please can u help. i’ve also sent requests to your deezer team

Are you subscribed through Apple (the App Store) or directly through deezer?


well i initially downloaded the app through the appstore  then i subscribed to the 3 month free subscription knowing that before the three months was up i would cancel it…. that doesn’t seem to be an option for me. i’m pretty sure everhthing i was doing was on the app


So you are still in your free trial through Apple?

Then you need to cancel through them, and not through deezer.

Here is how to cancel through Apple tl;dr is, on your iPhone: settings > Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases > Subscriptions > deezer, then scroll to the bottom on the page (screen) and it should show “Cancel Subscription” in red letters.

If you don’t see that, you can try Apple Support a quick chat session should sort you out.

Hi. I think I still need to cancel my account, but when I log in on deeper.com, there is no profile picture. There’s no “manage account,” no “contact us.” There’s no way to access my account. But I obviously have one, otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to log in, right?

try this: https://www.deezer.com/account

Scroll down to “Delete my account”

Click on it. You will receive an e-mail in which you have to confirm your wish again.


I've cancelled my subscription but it's still charging me through my bank even though I changed my card
