Hi I have been trying to subscribe to the student plan, I followed the instructions on the page and received an email from SheerID saying I'm eligible for Deezer student, now when I click on the link provided in the email it does not help me finish my signing up

Please help, I want to start listening to music

Hi, I’ve been trying to subscribe to the Student Offer, I went through every steps of the subscription. I had to contact SheerId because the link didn’t work, they sent me another one to complete the subscription but it still doesn’t work, saying now that I can’t benefit from this offer… Even though I sent my school certificate…

I really don’t know what to do anymore :sweat:

I went through the SheerID process and got an Email, that Im eligible for Deezer Student. But when I click on the link in the E-Mail, there is no option for the Deezer Student offer. How can I get it?

Hi @Lennart Mayer this might be because you already were subscribed to Student in the past and this is a one time only offer.
However, I would recommend to get in touch with our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to validate that information for you.

SheerID is broken!


I sent in my student subscription request several times, and at some point got a confirmation:

After that, I got a letter offering to send me the form again and get 3 free months:

I sent the form again, but I was rejected for some unknown reason and now they say that the subscription has not been renewed:

I would like to achieve a renewal of the student subscription and a three-month free subscription, otherwise I will be forced to use the hacked app or Spotify. Thanks!

Hello,

I have created account few years ago, when I was living in Ukrainie. Now I'm studying in Poland and want to get Student subscription, but I can't see any button to do that. Should I create new account or there is more convinient way to do that?

Why is the student limit 25 years old? I’m a PhD student and 27 and can’t sign up for the student deal. Not like I have anymore money than I did as an undergrad...it’d be nice to offer this for all students!

Hello,

I was on the basic Deezer premium, and I saw that I was able to switch to Deezer Student. So I saw too that there were 2 months free once you start Deezer student. I switched to Deezer Student and I paid this month, and I saw that the next payment is next month. It is because I already subscribed to Deezer premium before ? Or this is not normal ? Thank you for answering.
