Hi all,

We have given free Premium to support existing account holders in the Ukraine, but this does not apply to newly created accounts.

While we currently cannot assist newly created accounts, we are aware of the concern and continue to look at ways to support the Ukranian people.

Otherwise, they are unfortunately unable to provide a free premium subscription for new users.

They replied me to my request, I'm also Ukrainian. And they answered that they can't provide us free premium... I'm so mad. What was the point of offering help to Ukrainians?to disappoint them? And it was never said that THE OFFER IS LIMITED. Personally I want just to delete app and never use it again, because its poor promotion on humanitarian disaster in Ukraine. It's inappropriate.

Congratulations on being that person, the one person who finds a reason to complain even when a company provides a free service to every one of its customers in a country of 44 million people.
