Hi all,

We have given free Premium to support existing account holders in the Ukraine, but this does not apply to newly created accounts.

While we currently cannot assist newly created accounts, we are aware of the concern and continue to look at ways to support the Ukranian people.

Доброго дня, я з України. Я завантажувала програму 2 рази, входила та виходила, перезавантажувала телефон - результату ніякого, все рівно не вибиває преміум. Підкажіть будь ласка, як можна підключити і що для цього потрібно зробити?

@Olha Safarova Please read the postings above yours in this thread, new Deezer users in Ukraine cannot get a free Premium account, only the existing Premium users do not have to pay anymore until further notice.

The special regulation applies to existing subscriptions. These have been switched to free.
This does not apply to new subscriptions.
