Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page:  https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

As far as I am aware there is no method of producing a "screenshot" using a Web Browser on an Android System, at least I have not found one. So when I search for the Deezer Home Page with the following :- https://www.deezer.com/en/

I get the main Home Page I then sign in with Deezer email login it directs me to the Community Pages. If I then scroll down to the foot of that page and select "delete account" it directs me to all the appearences of the question relating to that subject on the Forum.
Sorry cannot do "screen grab" here.

    My Samsung Tab A uses a right hand screen swipe to obtain a Screen Shot.
    The 2 pics I have shown below do not have any facilities to bringup any details of accounts. When signed in with the correct email address the user is taken straight to the Community Page. If the "delete account" option is chosen the system reverts to the Community Page Answers for that Topic. Hopeless!

    Hi @culotteroze, I'd love to help you directly but we'll need more details from you to make sure those are your accounts + you can't have 2 accounts with the same email address.     I want to delete my account !!!! ....The site is not quite what i wanted , I have an android phone and have tried looking in every section of the deezer app but had no luck..What do i do ???

      Hi @Sifra.Beugelink, the account linked to the email address you signed up on the community with is a free account and you're not paying for it atm. If you pay for two accounts monthly, please send us more details about the payments here and we're happy to check 🙂
