How can I close my deezer account permanently?

Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page: https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

@lockhands, you tablet won't open the browser version of Deezer. You need to log in to www.deezer.com/account on a PC (that way it won't force you to download the app).

If you don't have access to a PC, you can contact us directly here and we'll be able to help 🙂

Hi @Karl Escobar, we can't transfer subscriptions or music to another account. But if it's just the Google+ link that's causing your problem, you can simply unlink Google+ on www.deezer.com/account/share and afterwards reset your password. You can then log in with email and new password instead of Google+ 🙂

Hi.
To move playlists you can make all your playlists public on the old account (uncheck "private" checkbox in each playlist's options) and then find them under the new account and add them.
