Trying to delete acc. Followed steps as outlined, no "account settings" option. Please delete my account!

and just scroll down on that page. There you'll the the button "delete account"

Hi, I want to delete my deezer account associated with my facebook because I already pay for deezer on my gmail account and can't associate this facebook account with my gmail because I had logged in on facebook without knowing this.
Please if you can delete this facebook account: [removed to protect personal details] I would be gratefull, my gmail is [removed to protect personal details] if this can be done send a message to this e-mail ok? thanks!

@Pablo Stellet I moved your post to this existing topic. We can't delete the account for you here on the community. If you can't log in to that account linked to facebook at all, please check the first post on this topic and use the link to get in touch with our support team directly. They'll be able to help you with this 🙂

Heb geen deezer maar wel nog een account. Ik eil me uitschrijven hiervoor maarvindt nergens de mogelijkheid dat dat kan.

I can see you canceled your account, but today you created a new one (gratuit) If you have any question about your account, please get in touch with our support team here 😉

    @gableto Sorry for the delayed response. We missed your post. You can only delete the account on browser. Please log in on www.deezer.com/account to delete the account 🙂

    Hello Deezer I’ve been having so much trouble getting notifications from deezer and I realized that it’s not the app for me hence I want to delete my account but an option like that is not given. I tried to customize my communication preferences but it won’t get saved. Please do something about it I just don’t want deezer anymore. Delete my account

    Hi @Nadisha Stefanie, I opened the account from here (the one with the same email you registered yourself in the community) and there is no subscription on it, therefore you there is nothing to cancel. If you just want to delete the account completely, please see above or get in touch with our support team here 😉
