Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page:  https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

Hi all .

Lately I see this question a lot in the forum so I figured I'll write something quick to explain how to delete your account in case you don't want it . Note that this action can't be restored :

* Go to www.deezer.com and Navigate to the gear icon near your profile picture in the left panel .
*Choose "Account settings"
* Scroll down and choose "Delete my account

      I have followed the steps you provide but no joy. Iv tried 3times now and I'm still able to log in?

      Note you must be on desktop to see the delete option....

        Hi @Matt Aaron Illingworth, we can't delete your account from here. Please log in to www.deezer.com on a PC. You won't get asked to download the app on PC 🙂

        @gram, what's the error message you get when you click on "delete account"? And are you using the browser on a PC or tablet?
