How can I close my deezer account permanently?

Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.
If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page: https://www.deezer.com/account
If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

First of all, you have free option you can use. If you don't want the account, I suggest cancel it first by using the instructions below :

And then delete it (However you don't have to do it to stop the charging). You can delete it using the instructions below :

Hi, I go thru all the steps in order to delete my account; it all looks like it should until I press "manage my subscription"...then it refuses to continue - VERY frustrating!!!

I have decided not to continue with Deezer now that my free trial period has expired. My question is how can I delete my account permernantly!
How do I delete my premium account??? There is no option to do it in the app and when I try to log in online it sends me right to the app. I'm furious and frustrated and just want to cancel my premium account, help me??!
I try to delete my account and it won't let me so how can I delete? I canceled my subscription and I just started will I have to pay anything after my expiration date ?

why doesn't deezer require an email verification when signing up? Some stranger has registered with my email, and i keep receiveing mails from deezer. And in deezer's "welcome to deezer " emails, there is no "if it is not you who registered, this click here " option.
because of this, i had to click " forgot my password", get someone elses password, login. I couldnt find how to delete this account so thats why i am writing here.

I don’t have a subscription. I just want to cancel my account and be forgotten by Deezer. Why do you make it so hard? Even your email link to change email preferences leads no where. I think this is really poor customer service.

Haven’t used this app in years but keep on continuously recieving emails from it, there seems to be no way to change email notifications or delete you account on the Iphone app.
