As I explained in a subseqent comment, I cannot find a page anywhere on the Website that shows the image you have indicated and none that have that "gear wheel" icon. When I select the "delete account" option it goes to the "answers page" with no further options available.

Hi @Anja I can’t delete my account using app or pc, can you please delete it for me, it’s frustrating. Thanks
As far as I am aware there is no method of producing a "screenshot" using a Web Browser on an Android System, at least I have not found one. So when I search for the Deezer Home Page with the following :- https://www.deezer.com/en/

I get the main Home Page I then sign in with Deezer email login it directs me to the Community Pages. If I then scroll down to the foot of that page and select "delete account" it directs me to all the appearences of the question relating to that subject on the Forum.

lock button + volume down; it's pretty much stock button combination for screenshot in android os.
My Samsung Tab A uses a right hand screen swipe to obtain a Screen Shot.
The 2 pics I have shown below do not have any facilities to bringup any details of accounts. When signed in with the correct email address the user is taken straight to the Community Page. If the "delete account" option is chosen the system reverts to the Community Page Answers for that Topic. Hopeless!

Hi @culotteroze , I'd love to help you directly but we'll need more details from you to make sure those are your accounts + you can't have 2 accounts with the same email address. The third one must have another address linked to it. Please contact us directly here and I'm sure we'll be able to help 🙂
I want to delete my account !!!! ....The site is not quite what i wanted , I have an android phone and have tried looking in every section of the deezer app but had no luck..What do i do ???

Hi @Sifra.Beugelink , the account linked to the email address you signed up on the community with is a free account and you're not paying for it atm. If you pay for two accounts monthly, please send us more details about the payments here and we're happy to check 🙂
Can you free up my google created-account so i can make a deezer-created account? And can you also transfer my subscription and playlists to the new account?

Hi @Karl Escobar , we can't transfer subscriptions or music to another account. But if it's just the Google+ link that's causing your problem, you can simply unlink Google+ on www.deezer.com/account/share and afterwards reset your password. You can then log in with email and new password instead of Google+ 🙂

To move playlists you can make all your playlists public on the old account (uncheck "private" checkbox in each playlist's options) and then find them under the new account and add them.
