How can I close my deezer account permanently?

Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page: https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

You have 2 options :

Canceling your account by using the below instructions :

Or , if you want to delete your account permanently navigate to the gear icon near your profile picture , choose account settings and finally scroll down to the bottom and choose "Delete account"
