How can I close my deezer account permanently?

Hello we are sorry to hear that you want to delete your Deezer account.

If you haven’t tried to delete your account yet, just follow this link on a PC or Mac and there will be a delete my account button at the bottom of the page: https://www.deezer.com/account

If that doesn’t work or if you no longer have access to your Deezer account, please contact our Deezer Support Team and they will delete it for you.
Keep in mind that by doing that you're agreeing that all your account settings, favourite tracks, playlists and any remaining subscription time will be lost as a result.

First of all, you have free option you can use. If you don't want the account, I suggest cancel it first by using the instructions below :

https://en.deezercommunity.com/your-account-and-subscription-5/tip-cancel-your-deezer-subscription-account-116

And then delete it (However you don't have to do it to stop the charging). You can delete it using the instructions below :

I want to delete my account but there is no delete bottom and I’m using iPhone

Hi, I go thru all the steps in order to delete my account; it all looks like it should until I press "manage my subscription"...then it refuses to continue - VERY frustrating!!!
Please help!!!
