I’ve already unlinked all the devices connected from your account so that should fix the problem, you just need to reset your password. Please delete the app and download it again, as mentioned in my last post.

I've done all the shit mentioned by deezer support, changed my password twice and logged out and in. nothing seems to be working. if this is not solved today I'm deleting my account for sure. the guy keeps playing his own personal playlists his username is Moh.Abdul

Hello! I got this message today when i used the app! I did as you recommended, removed all devices, changed password and logged out, but someone is still playing songs and adding playlists that i would never add! Please help! 😩

Looks like the problem was solved, about the flow, it get a mess due to hack other artists and music, is there a way to reset or restaure the flow to a point in the past?

Hi @kimglover I just unlinked all devices from your Deezer account and sent you a password renewal link to your email address. Please click on the link in the email and enter a new password.

I would advise you to carry out the following steps in order to protect all your online accounts, not only Deezer:

  • Regularly scan your systems for malicious software
  • Avoid using the same password email combination for all online services
  • Change your password regularly and make sure it is a strong password combination
  • Use your email address as a login only
  • change other passwords (facebook and google)

I'm having the same problem since yesterday.
Already did password reset, disconnected my cellphone, cleaned cache and cookies on my browser and still have the same problem.
Is there anything else I can do? 😥

Dear Rafael it won't help, I've mentioned that I've changed it twice. there is someone using the app with me and it's obvious that hundreds of people are having the same shitty bug. If you're development team won't look into this then deleting my account would be the only solution left.
Music plays for a few seconds and then stops with a pop-up telling me that my account is being used on another device or page.

I've removed all social links, reset passwords, and unlinked all devices bu the issue persists.

Suggested flow music is not even in my language any more and the profile settings indicate a language change.

You guys really need to consider email notifications on login with IP location for security.

Please assist as I'd rather cancel my subscription than deal with this annoyance.

it sounds like your account is being used on another device.

Disconnect all devices (see here: - Manage Connected Devices: - https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115004531965-Managing-Connected-Devices- )

And then reset your password: - https://www.deezer.com/password/reset

Since this morning my dezzer stops every 2 minutes, it says that another device is using my account but thats imposible, is someone hacking my account?

Hi, I keep getting the "Someone else listening message", and the music keeps switching to songs I've never heard of. I've tried logging out and changing my password, but the same thing happens (with the same wrong music taking over). Please can this be fixed? Thanks

I currently have a deezer premium account.

My music keeps getting interrupted after 30 seconds with a popup saying someone else is listening using my account. As far as I know, I am the only one that has access to my account and I am only listening on one device.

I have taken the steps as outlined by users on this community who have previously had this issue, without any success. Here is what I have tried:

  • unlinked all devices and apps on account.
  • changed password in account settings.
  • reset the password again from the password reset link.
  • uninstalled the Deezer mobile app and reinstalled it again.
  • restarted my PC and my phone.
I still have this issue despite following all these steps. I am definitely not playing music on more than one device and have never had this issue before, when switching between the web client and mobile app.

Please sort this out and consider adding a feature that can prevent this from happening or a self-help mechanism that can be used to kick everyone from an account and refresh your server-side IP log. It seems like many people have suffered from this issue.
Hi, I've been getting these annoying messages that my account is been used on another device or page, I've closed all devices and pages already, and unlinked all devices, but still get the message which stops the music I'm listening to.

This is happening on my Android device as well as my PC. Please help me correct this, I'm getting to the point to consider not using Deezer anymore, this is too annoying!.

How do I transfer my music back to Deezer from Amazon music
