The bug has not been fixed. I have done everything but Deezer is clearly not secure. I suggest Deezer take these security breaches seriously or I will vote my my wallet and cancel my subscription.

It’s happening to my account too, unlinked facebook, google, changed password.

And I know it’s not me because the songs are terrible.

Fix it please, I recommend Deezer everywhere I go and don’t want to be ashamed of it.

The worst of this situation its my accurated flow.

Hello!
I got the message today that someone is using my account on another device. I entered your community today and read about what to do, So i removed all devices that were connected, changed password and logged out. I even restarted the phone and deleted and downloaded the app again as a fresh start, but i still get the popup message and i can see how other songs are being played when i enter the app again!
please help, it's quite irritating to pay for something and it doesn't work..

Hi there @Bel1975 @Woodlock @Jakov Popovic

I've refreshed your cache on our side and unlinked devices. I've sent a password reset email as well. Please change your password and reinstall the app. Login as normal and let me know if it happens again.

@Wildcat91 that's odd. I'm sorry it didn't work. Our fix was deployed. You may need to change the account's email address. Have you got our most recent app? Try reinstalling and let me know.

Hi @heyhey123 I have closed session in all devices where the account could be opened and I sent you a password request link to your email. Please click on the link and enter a new password. Then login again to your account.

If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact me again :)

Many users have hasn’t the issue where their music cuts out after a few seconds and they get the message. Hmm someone else is listening.

Deezer have recommended unlinking your devices and reset your password.

Yet i I am the only person with access to my account and only have one device.

I have tried everything and nothing works.

Deezer needs to check their software as this seems to be a bug as so many people are affected.

If anyone figures out a cure please let us know

There were two devices linked with your account, but I unliked them now!

I changed the password, I disconnected some unknown devices and I someone was still listening some (bad) music on my account. My flow is soiled...

After reading this thread, I disconnected every known devices and I cleanuped the application list too (I don't have a Chromecast!). I changed my password a 2nd time.

As far I can see, It's ok now.

How can I be sure ?
How to cleanup my history and my flow ?

Rudi I have uninstalled and changed my password. Nothing is working. Please fix the problem as I am thinking of changing to spotify of this is not resolved today

Hi there @LenaG

Sorry that's happened. Please do contact our support team here to confirm your details and ask for a password reset. I've had a look here and the email address for your account isn't matching the one you use in the community.
I recently upgraded to the family subscription because the advert kept inturulting my music, I haven't given any family my info but the last week my music is constantly being stopped saying I can't listen on two devices. I added another profile as it's the only way I can listen but all my playlists are on the original. Also what's the point of the family subscription if I can only use it if no one else is?

I'm sorry I wasn't able to respond in time @lunatico
This has been investigated throughout the first users reporting it, so that you know @lunatico @sorfildor @Claire23

Thank you for your patience. I've carried out some performance tasks on your account to see if this improves for the time being, which includes you changing the password once more. Please report if it doesn't, so that I can pass the information to our devs who are looking into this 👍🏼

I’m almost certain now my account has somehow crossed over with someone else’s. I just went into Deezer again with no intervention and it had switched to a playlist “Promo Star France”. There is no way I could have accidentally changed to this playlist. Also I definitely have never played this playlist.

Changed password just in case it’s a hack. Can someone check my recent logins for French location?

It really seems like just the part of my account that detects multiple devices and syncs currently-playing songs is crossed-over with someone. I keep going in and playing them songs like “Crossed Wires” and “Contact Support” and “LOGOUT” but then it goes back to another song played by this “other person”.  I can see them changing songs. I keep going back and forward in their playlist and they keep correcting it.

So maybe this isn’t a iOS but a database issue.

I can see the same song-sync’ing happening on the Web client too.

Same issue in Web client.

Can someone move this to another forum?  It’s definitely not an iOS Beta issue.

Hi,

I got this same message (deezer account in listening mode on another device) but I only use Deezer on my phone.  I’ve had Deezer for a few months and this never happened before. I changed my password, rebooted my phone butthe message persists Can you assist? Was my account hacked?
