it sounds like your account is being used on another device.
Disconnect all devices (see here: - Manage Connected Devices: - https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115004531965-Managing-Connected-Devices- )
And then reset your password: - https://www.deezer.com/password/reset

Still.. disconnect all, reset your password and see if it helps.

Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
uninstall Deezer
clean your phone's cache
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
Restart your phone - reset your Deezer password: - https://www.deezer.com/password/reset
reinstall Deezer
open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)
If it still happens contact support here with as much information as you can give them.

P.s. I'd change the way you log in so that it's via email (not facebook) - this can be done via the account settings page when you access it via a web browser (not the app).

Our Deezer Legend@Noam Asulin replied to you on another topic. But to helps things out, I've unlinked your devices and sent you a password reset email. Try changing your password and logging in with email and password directly.

Since this morning my dezzer stops every 2 minutes, it says that another device is using my account but thats imposible, is someone hacking my account?
I would suggest the following steps :
Go to Deezer.com and click on your profile image in the top right corner . Choose account settings and go to connected devices . Unlink the devices from there . Next reset your password using the link below :

Try using your account as usual and see if the problem has been solved .

I'm having the same issue. I've reset my password. I've removed all other devices. But the message still appears. It started happening yesterday.

I currently have a deezer premium account.
My music keeps getting interrupted after 30 seconds with a popup saying someone else is listening using my account. As far as I know, I am the only one that has access to my account and I am only listening on one device.
I have taken the steps as outlined by users on this community who have previously had this issue, without any success. Here is what I have tried:
I still have this issue despite following all these steps. I am definitely not playing music on more than one device and have never had this issue before, when switching between the web client and mobile app.
Please sort this out and consider adding a feature that can prevent this from happening or a self-help mechanism that can be used to kick everyone from an account and refresh your server-side IP log. It seems like many people have suffered from this issue.

I got a problem with my account and cant listen music normaly... every time I enter dezzer app it says that someone is using my account and I see some music that I dont listen on my dezzer... pls help

Seems like someone else has gotten access to my account maybe? I've got a bunch of songs in my recently played I've never come across, and I can't play music for more than a few seconds without it saying someone else is listening. I know for a fact that only I have access and nothing else is showing in linked devices.
