I need to be able to skip a song. Add a song from my phone while playing music on my tablet. Is this possible with this app?Pixel 9 to Lenovo tablet

This was working for the last couple years and stopped a couple weeks ago. I deleted all 35GB of downloaded music and cleared all cache/data in the app, then re-downloaded it (which sucks because I’m on a metered internet connection). The bug is still present. Steps to reproduce:pay for premium account download playlists close app switch off internet connection (airplane mode + wifi off) open app open “downloaded music” (which correctly shows playlists as downloaded) click on a downloaded playlist app won’t load the playlist or play Among other issues, the app seems built to load static resources (album thumbnails, song titles, playlists, etc) from the internet every time we open a playlist, even downloaded playlists, instead of using a cached copy. Maybe that’s the root issue? It seems that’s why the app is so slow to load playlists of downloaded music when it’s ONLINE.

I used to be able to sort my Playlist by artist, or alphabetically but all these options have disappeared.  Please help?

Any idea if this will be resolved it is for the acrylic s50 streamers. It just says login failed on the 4stream app thanks

I am paying for a family premium account TO NOT HAVE ANNOYING ADS. Why are you conning you customers by running constant ads that keep repeating while listening to radio or podcasts???? What a bunch of crooks!! Do you think we wont notice? What do you have to say for yourselves? Is this how you reward customers for paying for a subscription?I will be reporting you and cancelling my subscription. What a bunch of crooks!!

Bonjour !Mon père a créer ce compte avec l’abonnement familial il y a bientôt 10 ans, nous nous somme fait pirater ce matin. Plus aucun des profils ne correspondaient aux notre. Nous avons donc dû tous les supprimer, mais nous n’avons donc plus aucun de nos coups de cœur ou nos playlist créer ces 10 dernières années. Pouvez vous nous aider à les retrouver ?

Whenever I start a Deezer custom radio station from a track in the Sonos app, the playlist is generated but the songs skip through every few seconds, usually without playing any audio. I’m running my system on a wired LAN, so connection isn’t an issue. I only recently switched from Spotify and there were no similar issues with that. A search in the Sonos community suggests this is known about and the implication is that Deezer needs to look at its implementation to fix the issue. Are there any plans to address this?

I want to delete all my favourite tracks and restart it but don’t know if there is a clear all button somewhere or will I have to physically go through them all?

I see others are using Deezer on their LG TV. But when I go to the LG Content Store I don't see it listed as an app. Is it only for specific LG TV models? I have the 77” C9 OLED.    

Ive had deezer a few years now and the shuffle isn't working. Ive cleared my cache.ive uninstalled app and re downloaded it . Ive cleared alot of songs that I dont listen to but its still not working it plays one song thats it ive got the shuffle on but I get nothing any ideas that ive missed I have emailed deezer but havent answered I will cancel my subscription if I cant get it back 🤔

Hi there 👋 When asking android auto to play a specific artist via Google assistant, only the first song will be from the requested artist before a mix of similar artists will start playing instead.I've tried commands such as "play artist on Deezer" and "play songs by artist on Deezer" which previously would of worked on Spotify.Is there a voice command which will get Deezer to play songs only by one artist? 

I keep getting the annoying message ‘Your computer seems to be offline. We'll keep trying to connect.’ when I know 100% that my computer is not offline. 

Hi! I’m trying to switch to Deezer and I can’t seem to get flow to work for more than 3-5 songs. I’m on iOS premium subscription trial period and not in power saver mode. I can’t see any battery or data saving settings in my Settings to turn off. Any idea how to fix this or should I go back to Spotify?

I’m online. I do run adblockers. Its running fine otherwise, but this message shows up constantly so feels like it might be do some detection with analytics perhaps. If that’s the case then this subdomain being requested might be the problem. edit 2: it’s still happening. trying other domains that come up, no results so far. Disabling adblock altogether to see. Not sure what the online/offline detection is based on, since I know it’s working otherwise.

Please update eith latest information. my understanding is that this is on Deezer . 

I noticed that none of the albums by The Glitch Mob are visible in their discography, even though the albums are available on the platform and they are assigned to the right band. I can find them through the top songs page. This is only a problem on the desktop app, on IOS it works fine. Is this a bug?

I have paid for 1 month subscription and accept the payment on my band app . It is still writen that I did subscribe and I have not get any approval email. To confirm that . 

Doesn’t matter what software I use, I’m getting this error:"The requested content is not loading. Error: MS1002"In freshly installed Android app, in Windows 10 app, just in browsers - MS Edge, Firefox, Waterfox, never mind.I logged out/in, cleaned cookies, caches etc.

I transferred my music from Spotify. I keep my playlist, Liked/Favorites specifically, sorted by default to retain the order the songs were listed. On Spotify, that was newer or more recent songs at the top of the list. In Deezer, when I add songs, they are added to the bottom of the list. My issue here is that I don’t want to play songs on shuffle all of the time and when I play not shuffled, it’s starts from the top. So when exactly am I supposed to hear those songs that I just added. I would prefer them to be added to the top of the playlist. I don’t know if this matters, but if I’m in the US, I’m wondering if this is something that could be fixed with a date format option. 

I wait every Friday for the new releases playlist and found that it's gone and now I have a "new releases for you" section with albums. I don't want that, I don't have time of interest in that, I want a concise playlist like the one I had a week ago

I pay for premium but there are several popular podcast that I can't get on this app. How do I request for Deezer to add these podcast to its platform so that I dont have to keep my Spotify account just to listen to them?

Multiple issues... When I cast to a Google device the music continues to play on my phone and on the device I'm casting to. I have to shut the phone down to get the music to quit playing on my phone. This occurs on both a pixel 6 and pixel 9. In addition if I use heos to stream it only gives me a limited number of skips per hour.

Auto start on loginI’m on a Mac and recently I get a notification when I start the desktop app that it has added a setting and enabled that Deezer will auto-start every time I start my computer. If I set the Deezer in-app-setting to not auto-start and remove deezer from login items under Mac settings, it will just add it again and set the in-app setting to auto-start. I’d prefer to decide on my own that to start on not to start on my computer, what’s going on Deezer?
