disappearing genres on flow main menu

Today deezer flow main menu only show the options : Discovery,news and favoritos. ALL the genres and modos was gone! It sucks! I love flow and thats my reason to subscribe Deezer.

Lyrics not available

Hi Most of the songs I have saved in my playlits used to have lyrics but they dont any more. I have unistalled the app and installed it again, reboot my phone, delete cache and nothing works. Is this a known issue? Are you already working to fix it? When will it be solved? Thats the whole point of having premium account but i dont see the point of keep paying if that feature is removed

Deezer not showing up as music service in Google Home

Hello everyone.I have a Deezer family subscription, and in the Google Home app on Android, I cannot get Deezer to show up in the list of music services. Note that Spotify does show up in the list (see screenshot).Also, when I tap on “other music services”, nothing happens. I really would like to use this because I have a Google Home device and I cannot play music on it if Deezer is not added as a music service in Google Home. I can, of course, cast Deezer to my device (like I’m casting to a chromecast) but I cannot use the speech recognition of the google home device and tell google “play Michael Jackson on Deezer” because it is not in the list of music services. Thanks for any clue on this.

Deezer Desktop plays the wrong song from the playlist after removing another song from that playlist

Using Deezer Desktop on Windows, I play songs from my playlist. After I remove one song from the playlist, if I click on a different song to play it, Deezer will pick another song from my playlist instead. I need to close Deezer, or switch to a different playlist and return to this one later, to be able to play the song I want. I suspect that the ID of the songs in the playlist are not updated after the removal of one element, so when I click on another song, Deezer attempts to play a song with its old position in the list, fails to find it and plays the first element in the list (or a random element in the list?)

why xan't i cast deezer on sonos speaker from deezer ap?

I am just trying Deezer after cancelling Spotify and I am disappointed I cannot control Sonos speakers straight from Deezer ap. I think it is annoying enough for me to go back to Spotify. When I move from bedroom to outside then living room I have to switch aps instead of using only Deezer. Not good enough I am afraid.

rearranging my playlist

I tried to rearrange my playlist . I hit the edit button and then tried to slide the song to where I want it and it looks like it moved- I hit save and when I go to my playlist the order never changed . i need help

Doesn’t matter what software I use, I’m getting this error: "The requested content is not loading. Error: MS1002"In freshly installed Android app, in Windows 10 app, just in browsers - MS Edge, Firefox, Waterfox, never mind. I logged out/in, cleaned cookies, caches etc.

Change date format to day month year in concert email notifications

I saw a post from 2 years ago that mentions the date format but it doesn’t address my problem I’m receiving email notifications from Deezer about concerts which is really good however the notifications are in US date format e.g. 9/7/25 meaning September. This is confusing and I nearly booked a concert at a time I’d actually be travelling. Any chance this can be fixed please? I’m in Australia btw.

family subscription not working

I recently paid for family subscription but everytime another family member tries to use deezer at the same time as myself, I get bumped off with a message saying someone else is using the account and I need to upgrade to family subscription..... which I already have done!

Lyrics button disappeared

There have been lyrics on certain songs (Rammstein - Zeit, Sonne, Mutter, etc for example) but a few days ago the lyrics button disappeared from these songs. Rebooted the phone, changed the location to Germany, but nothing helped. Basically, no non-english songs have lyrics available (no microphone icon next to any non-English song, nor is there the lyrics button when the songs are playing)

Bonjour, J'utilise Deezer depuis plusieurs années et récemment je me suis retrouvé avec l'appli en anglais. J'ai regardé sur internet il dise que c'est en rapport avec la langue dans les paramètres du téléphone sauf que je suis bien en français alors j'aimerais comprendre pourquoi je suis anglais, ce qui n'est pas toujours pratique… Et deuxième chose je ne sais pas si vous pouvez faire quelque chose mais lorsque j'écoute ma playlist coup de coeur et que je fait écouter a la suite plusieurs titre. Si je sors de l'appli et que j'y retourne que quelques heures après ou le lendemain tous ces titres ne sont plus a la suite ce que je trouve pas sympas parce que si je les ai mis a la suite c'est que je voulais les écoutés que ce soit le jours même ou le lendemain… Merci d'avance de votre compréhension

Completely random tracks added to my favorites

I've recently looked at my favorite tracks list, and there are dozens or more songs that I never added to my favorites. They are of completely random genres, not even matching some of the playlists that I have liked ( I thought maybe something was adding songs in favorite playlists to my favorite tracks, but that doesn't even seem to be the case). I have no idea where these tracks came from. Why are random songs appearing in my favorite track list? Edit: actually it does seem like some of the tracks were from playlists that I had favorited, but not nearly all of them. Some of the tracks were so far out of left field, like the Danny Boy song pictured above, that I have no explanation of where it could have come from. Even so, did something change where if you favorite a playlist it also adds them as favorite tracks? If so, that's a pretty dumb thing to do. There are some playlists that I like, but I don't want to have all of those tracks added to my favorite tracks as well.

I recently wanted to change the photo of my playlist and I can't do it without the title lyrics getting in the way of the image. will there be an update to have an option to not put the title on the cover?

Why can't Deezer just play the song from the artist I searched for?

I’m using the Deezer web version on Chrome/Mac. I search for the Artist I want to listen to I click on Tracks I click on a track to play Expected: play the track that I selected, then play the next track from the list of songs from the same artists. Actual: play the track that I selected, then play some random algorithmic selected song that I don’t want. Solution: Either play the one song I selected and stop or play the next song in the list of songs from that artist. For example: I search for Fleetwood Mac and click ‘Tracks’. I select a track I want to listen to ‘Little lies’, note how the next track in the list of songs is ‘Big love’. The track plays and the queue shows the 1 song ‘Little lies’. When the song is finished a completely random song (addicted to love - robert palmer) starts playing and appears in the queue. I never selected ‘addicted to love’ and it only shows after the selected song is finished. Where is the ‘don’t automix’ button? I expect: Deezer stops playing after t

Is that like a permanent design decision? If it is, I really wonder what is the logic behind it, because I don’t find it convenient at all, cause it means extra very uncomfortable thumb movement

I just stopped my Deezer subscription and can't find any information about what happens to my playlists. I know the premium features like downloads and offline listening will stop, but will my account essentially stay the same? Will I still have all my playlists?

Is it legal to use a personal Premium Deezer account at work?

Hi, I have two questions: Is it permitted to listen to a personal Premium Deezer account at the office using headphones? Is it permitted to play music from a personal Premium Deezer account at the office on a Bluetooth speaker? There are three colleagues and no customers. Two of us have a Deezer account, and both would like to use the same speaker. Thank you!

Gapless Playback Desktop App

Quite simply I dont get gapless playback using the desktop app. I do get gapless audio on sonos and on my phone app too but not when using the desktop app. I am using a USB dac and was hoping to enjoy FLAC via the DAC. I have tried headphones plugged directly into my laptop eliminating the DAC. I get the same result when using the desktop built in speakers. What am I doing wrong? I have checked the settings but cant find anywhere that mentions gapless. "Listening to Dark Side Of The Moon" there is a big pause between tracks 1 and 2. Am I the only one?
