Lyrics button disappeared

Lyrics button from all the songs disappeared and lyrics button was so helpful for me to sing and understand the song but now it's looking even boring too so please helpppp

I keep getting the annoying message ‘Your computer seems to be offline. We'll keep trying to connect.’ when I know 100% that my computer is not offline.

Search function on IOS (Specifically IPAD) not working properly

On my iPad. Since the new layout was introduced I have noticed that when you type an artists in the search bar sort of ‘freezes’ and will not let you retype to search again. Have to completely come out of the iPad and start agin. Assume this a bug that will hopefully be fixed soon.

Unstable and glitchy

Why oh why are the Deezer apps so constantly glitchy? And by that I mean streaming intermittently on both desktop Windows app and web app on Chrome with a high-performance 100Mbps wired fibre internet connection. Uninterrupted music streaming is the minimum requirement which you failed to meet for several years, so now it’s “goodbye Deezer” and “hello Spotify” or virtually any other competing service!

Android Auto heart button.

When I use Deezer on my cell phone (android), the heart button works fine. When I try to use the heart button in Android Auto, it doesn't seem to work. It doesn't show a change in status of the heart button. Any ideas?

Deezer No longer working on Google devices (nest hub, lenovo clock) (HELP) 👀

Having this issue for 2 months now. Little background. Been using Deezer Premium (current prium subscriber) for little over 3 yrs now on am off. Mostly use Deezer on my android phone with Zero issues. But for the past 2 months Deezer refuses to play music or work properly on Google devices. We have few Lenovo Smart Clock around the house that have been connected to Deezer Premium and have worked flawlessly together for 2 or 3 years. Same with my Nest Hub. However as the past 2 months Deezer refuses to play song request on any of my devices other than phone when requesting a song on Deezer with voice command on Google devices like "hey google play Eminem" it will respond "sure playing emeinem on deezer" followed by a few seconds pause and then "sorry something went wrong" I have everything up to date including the Deezer app on my phone, subscription is active and valid. Again this is for all 4 Google devices at home that worked flawlessly before now Deezer refuses/is unable to play mus

reset all preferences / algorithm cleanup

How can I reset all my listening statistics so that the algorithm starts from scratch? For example, if I have a lot of songs that I used to listen to, but now I don't like them, and there are too many of them. (so it will be easier for me to reset all my preferences while keeping my account)

Google assistant - Something went wrong asking for albums or artists

I cannot find any “recent” questions on this - only from 4 years ago. So trying a new thread. This has always worked 100% fine for me until maybe 2 weeks ago. No changes made. Google home/assistant integrated with Deezer family account. Was linked to a “home” profile within the family account but I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting to the master account. -- OK google play “Artist” - Sorry something went wrong…. OK google play some songs by the band “Artist” - Sorry something went wrong… OK google play “Album: by “Artist” - Sorry something went wrong… OK google play my flow - works 100% fine and is playing content relevant to me. Also this is not a case of google not understanding what I ask for… as for example if I ask “ok Google play the latest album by “Artist” on deezer” The speaker first says “Playing “Album ABC” on deezer” then I get - “Sorry something went wrong.” So it seems to be the API call from Google to Deezer. Favorite Tracks Still Playing in Wrong Order

Favorite tracks don't play in correct order in the Android app. I've been battling with this issue for a while now and don't understand why it hasn't been fixed yet, especially since I've seen it mentioned previously by other users.. but hey, the world is still spinning.. unlike my properly ordered playlist🙄

player notification. Error: Unknown Error

Playing Deezer using the Bluos App. Heres whats been happening for the ladt 2 weeks. Stops playing after every 4 - 5 songs. An error message appears. Click OK. Error message disappears. Press play. Error message returns. Click OK. Error message disappears. Keep doing that until starts playing again. 4 - 5 songs later, it stops again. Here's the screen shot. Please fix.

Android App doesnt download new songs

Like is said in the title. If I add new songs to a playlist that is marked as download it wont download the songs, not in WLAN not with mobile data and not after clearing cache and going in and out of offline mode. I read a few topics here that the problem is know since more then 2 years and in work. How is it possible to not find a soluation for it in this long time?

Deezer not showing up as music service in Google Home

Hello everyone.I have a Deezer family subscription, and in the Google Home app on Android, I cannot get Deezer to show up in the list of music services. Note that Spotify does show up in the list (see screenshot).Also, when I tap on “other music services”, nothing happens. I really would like to use this because I have a Google Home device and I cannot play music on it if Deezer is not added as a music service in Google Home. I can, of course, cast Deezer to my device (like I’m casting to a chromecast) but I cannot use the speech recognition of the google home device and tell google “play Michael Jackson on Deezer” because it is not in the list of music services. Thanks for any clue on this.

Filter tracks does not show on tablet or galaxy fold 6

When i use my fold 4 opened in tablet mode, when i press the magnifying glass to filter tracks no text box appears. Same thing happens on my galaxy s6 tablet. When the phone is not in tablet mode the text box appears and i can search.

Monthly overview is incorrect

The monthly overview of the previous month that you always get at the beginning of the new month is not correct. In the icon you will see 'my March top' and when you open it you will see 'my February top' and all 50 most listened to songs of February.

WHY DOES THE DESKTOP PLAYER DEFAULTS TO RANDOM GARBAGE I DON'T LISTEN TO???

One thing I always hated about Deezer is the fact that on startup, the “now playing” would always show some random garbage song I don’t care about for a few seconds, and then change to the last thing I was playing before closing the app. Now whenever I open Deezer it does the same thing, except it now STAYS THAT WAY. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS? I DO WANT TO SEE THIS TRASH, I WANT IT TO SHOW THE LAST THING I WAS PLAYING AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO
