Deezer support for MBUX from MercedesNot for now

I suggest that Deezer develop support for the MBUX system from Mercedes with an app similar to Tiidal.  The MBUX is a fantastic system which already is supported by Tidal and TuneIn. Hope this would be prioritised.

The Deezer Family option allows for multiple profiles for a given subscription.In the HEOS deezer application, there is no way to change the profile. Only the main profile of an account is available.Could you facilitate the development of this fonctionnality ?For you information, this feature is available in the Spotify application in HEOS …Many subscribers will leave Deezer if you don’t implement this feature.

Spotify playlists didn't made it into deezer

I just started a premium Deezer account and tried to import ny playlists from spotify. The service noticed that there were som 12000 songs and 50 something playlists. The service said it was done but it was only my 625 favourite that actually made it into Deezer. I signed up for a premium but it was in fact free as try out period. Could that be the reason?

The "Shuffle my music" feature is getting worse

I have used the "Shuffle my music" feature for many years and have never had any kind of issue.https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115004269049-Favorites#how_to_shuffle_your_musicIn the past, it always added songs from all my favorite tracks, albums, and playlists to my listening queue. It was great, one of my favorite features. Now, instead, it is broken. Paradoxically, it was better when I had fewer favorites, as if surpassing a certain threshold made Deezer's algorithms unable to manage them anymore. Now it seems to consider only the recently added favorites from the last month, which it cyclically replays in a repetitive and annoying manner, while ignoring all my history from previous months and years, which it never selects. This is not normal. It has never been like this until a few weeks ago.It does not seem like an issue with my devices at all, because it occurs with both the Android App on my phone and the Web Browser on my notebook.I also noticed "Shuffle my music" i

Adding Podcasts RSS FeedNot for now

Hi, As a lot of podcast content providers need to manually request adding their service to Deezer for the podcast to be added, this means that a lot of good content is being missed. Request #1 It is possible for users to add custom podcasts (via RSS feed) to Deezer where the podcasts will only show up in their profile (not affecting anyone else). Request #2 Also, maybe a community podcast upload where the community adds the RSS feed which gets added to the podcast lists after being approved by Deezer? Thanks, James.

Why is "Shuffle my music" not working on Android app?

Hello, Today I tried for the first time to press "shuffle my music" on my Android phone while the music was playing through Chromecast to a Xioami Mibox. Not only that the track that was playing at that moment stopped, but after that, when I want to shuffle my music only on my phone, I get the "message" that i must "add tracks, artist and albums to favorites and then try again". I have already a few playlists with a few thousand tracks, so beeing unable to use "shuffle my music" is very frustrating.Please help me solve the problem as soon as possible.Thanks in advance!

Flow vs Shuffle my music

What is the difference between Flow and Shuffle My Music (SMM)? They seem very similar to me in concept. They both seem to be a shuffle/mix of favorites and non-favorites but executed quite differently. Here are the differences I have noticed:Flow plays less favorites, even if I’ve toggled on the “More favorites” option on mobile. SMM plays more favorites. (Winner: SMM) SMM has an “Automated recommendations” toggle and Flow does not. I’m still not sure how this affects SMM but I assume it makes SMM play more non-favorites if on vs off?? (Winner: unknown) Flow only considers favorite songs and playlists but not albums or artists. SMM considers favorite songs, playlists, and albums, but still not artists. I almost never hear from favorited artists using either Flow or SMM unless I also favorite at least one song or album. (Winner: SMM but wish I would hear non-favorited songs/albums from favorited artists) Flow follows my “exclusions” list but SMM does not. (Winner: Flow). Flow is more r

In Offline Mode on Apple Watch only one song will be played instead of whole playlist

For a couple of days I have a problem with Deezer on my Apple Watch serie 7.In Offline mode when I choose a downloaded playlist only one song will be played instead of the whole playlist. Also on the icon for Pause/Play (the circle) you can’t see the time is left and that the song is playing.Manually you can go to the next song but this is not the intention when you have a workout.I uninstall / install the app on my watch but that doesn’t help.Has anyone an idea?

Remember Discography Sorting PreferenceFeedback

HiIt would be nice to have the sorting preference on artist pages be “sticky”. For example I prefer releases to be sorted by “Release date”, but the default appears to be by “Most played”. When I change the setting from the drop-down, it only applies within the current session, for example if I refresh the tab (I use the web player primarily) the sorting has reverted back to “Most played”. The ideal way to implement this in my opinion would be to either have an option in the user’s settings/preferences page where the preferred sorting can be selected, and this would be default across all artist pages for the logged in user, with the dropdown giving the option to override on an ad-hoc basis, or just remember the selected option from the drop-down via a cookie or something. Don’t know which approach is more viable but either way it would be better than having to manually change the sorting every time as it is now, which is rather annoying.Thanks

Deezer refuses to play Thumbelina by the Pretenders

I have a paid account with Deezer.  I’m trying to add Thumbelina to a playlist, but when I search for it (on Windows browser) and then click on it, Deezer plays a completely unrelated song.  There seems to be nothing I can do to play this song.  WHY? Everything else seems to be working normally.
