When searching in the deezer desktop app or on the website when searching it no longer has a find by lysics. I found a song a long time ago however when trying to search friends in low places it use to give a lyric find. Hopefully this wasn’t disabled forever and it is just a bug great feature it was.
Bonjour, je faisais partie d'un abonnement family et il y a 3 jours quand j'ouvre deezer j'étais déconnecté et en me reconnectant je vois que mon compte était passé en version gratuite, j'ai donc demandé à l'admin de me rajouter, il m'a envoyé un lien mais quand j'essaie de m'associer il y a un message d'erreur, et ça le fait pour tous les autres membres, comment faire ?
The web player stops playing when I launch the app's player on Android, and vice versa. I'm actually pretty sure I tried it during the trial month (Deezer Family) a few months ago, and the web player didn't count back then or was usable alongside the app. Has this changed, or am I completely mistaken? Hello, I left Spotify to subscribe to Deezer, wishing to support a french company (as a French person), but, you apparently made the choice not to allow users to organize their music with folders, people who listens to a lot of music and hundreds of albums have the need to arrange them by topic. How can one find an album listened several years ago if one cannot put it in a well arranged folder on the shelf? I'm going to have to go back to Spotify, are you aware that by refusing this basic function, you're probably losing hundreds of thousands of customers? I imagine that in one way or another it must suits your business model, but... it's embarrassing. I'm writing you this message to find out if you agree that it's not possible to organize your music using folders, thank you in advance for your reply and have a nice day.
There have been lyrics on certain songs (Rammstein - Zeit, Sonne, Mutter, etc for example) but a few days ago the lyrics button disappeared from these songs. Rebooted the phone, changed the location to Germany, but nothing helped. Basically, no non-english songs have lyrics available (no microphone icon next to any non-English song, nor is there the lyrics button when the songs are playing)
In the last six or so months, my Google Home Mini will not start Deezer on my Vizio E55-E1, which has what is functionally an integrated chromecast. I have both devices in the same “room” in my home, the Garage, and the Google Home Mini is set up to use the TV as its target “speaker” as well as TV. “OK Google, play some music” will respond with “playing music from Deezer on GarageTV” but then nothing happens. I can command Google to turn on and off the TV just fine, or adjust the volume. I can say “play music from YouTube” and it will immediately fire up YouTube Music on the TV without issue. All basic functionality exists and works as intended, except for anything involving Deezer. Before it completely stopped being able to start Deezer on the TV, it would start it, but then lose connection or something because I couldn’t say “next track” or “pause” or “stop” -- it would always respond with “nothing is playing right now.” I can cast from my phone to the TV without issue, just as I alw

Why are we now unable to download any podcasts to listen to while offline. Even the ones I have listened to for years are restricted. Most often the point of podcastsnis to listen whole offline. This makes no sense.
Is it possible to import podcast subscription lists from other apps (eg Beyondpod) via the common OPML format? If not, could it be? Thanks!

I've just being happily using Deezer for the last 10 years. Now they move the most important button, for what looks like no god damn reason. It's only a daily minor inconvenience, yeah well now I kinda hate Deezer. I don't want to stand in the way of progress, but this, this is stupidity You know I've never even met another person who uses Deezer. I'm here out of habit, and Deezer just said fuck my habits.

When I go to an artist and select "play favourites" Deezer plays only 20 songs, roughly an hours worth. It's been happening for the last few days. Tried several artists, all the same. Annoying while driving or when you want to binge listen.
On my iPad. Since the new layout was introduced I have noticed that when you type an artists in the search bar sort of ‘freezes’ and will not let you retype to search again. Have to completely come out of the iPad and start agin. Assume this a bug that will hopefully be fixed soon.

On every other streaming service I have had there has always been an option to have a mini player which instead of just minimising the app to the dock, it shrinks to a small window that stays on the screen. Apple music, Google play music all do this and I loved it. It's frustrating to keep having to click on the minimized Deezer app to restore the window to tell it not to play this or to love the track. So can you please make it so we can click a button on the Deezer desktop app to shrink it to a mini player.

I'm having trouble logging in on one of my devices. I used to often listen to Deezer on my phone, but now I can no longer use the app because I can't log in. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but that didn't help. I tried logging in without a password, via email address, but that didn't work either. Can someone help me?
Hello, It seems that it is not possible to access to the different versions / flavours of “Deezer Flow” (Party, Motivation, Chill, Focus/Meditation...) with the APIs. It’s only possible to access to the ‘general’ “Deezer Flow”. I use Deezer via the LMS (Logitech Media Server) Deezer plugin and more precisely with piCorePlayer and a Raspberry pi (LMS is used on a lot of different devices including NAS, PCs...). After sending a question on the LMS forum, I got the information that no API was found to do that. The goal is to benefit from APIs that allow to access to the different flavours of ‘Deezer Flow’. By extension, It would be interesting that the APIs allow to get the same level of functionalities of what you have when you use the Deezer smartphone app for ex. Spotify always seems to be ahead of the game regarding the scope of supported hardware/devices. It’s precisely the element which could eventually make me change of service. Thank you in advance for considering this request!
Missing feature that Spotify has: choosing Sonos wifi speaker directly from Deezer iOS app. Currently you need to use Sonos app to play deezer on your Sonos wifi system. Highly welcome function!
