Favorited Albums not displaying Heart icon in Artist discography (Android/Windows Apps)

This issue has been happening for some time on both the Android app and the Windows app.  When listening to an Artist’s Discography and finding an album I like, I tap the Heart icon on that album to favorite it, and the heart icon turns purple.  This is expected behavior. 

But after some time, when I check under that same Artist’s Discography, by tapping Favorites > Artists > (Select Artist) > Discography, the album (or albums) that I previously Favorited are no longer marked as Favorited.  I am the only person that uses my account.  No one else has access to it.  See this example below.  I had previously Favorited the albums by the band 8°6 Crew - Working Class Reggae, Old Reggae Friends, and Bad Bad Reggae.  Now they are not showing as Favorites.

But if I go Favorites > Albums > and manually type in the name of a missing Favorite, the albums appear as Favorites.

This is very frustrating!  If I go back to the Artist Discography and Favorite the missing album again, it results in the album showing up TWICE in my Favorites, as shown below.  So my only option is to UNfavorite the albums individually after searching for each album by name, and then Favorite it again!  I have over 1000 Favorite albums and this is happening with many of them, not just this one particular artist.  And I have fixed some of them in the past only for the purple heart to disappear again! What is going on?  This happens on the Android app and the Windows app.
