The deezer app is on my ionic. When I try to open it sends me back to fitbit app to verify Wi-Fi even though it's clearly showing as connected to wifi

Hi @Kristaps

with fitbit only the master account holder on the family account (not the profiles) can add it to their fitbit.

Have a read of these guides:-

Fitbit get Started - https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000571689

and use Use Deezer on Fitbit - https://en.deezercommunity.com/your-account-and-subscription-5/fitbit-downloading-removing-and-listening-to-music-9067

any problems please let us know 🙂

Hello @Elisha.Smith we are sorry to hear this. Why can you not subscribe? Does it give an error message? Please bear in mind that you can only connect your Fitbit to Deezer when you have a subscription.

Please read all information in the article Setting up Deezer on Fitbit carefully and let me know what you need help with. Thank you

I have read all of the threads and have unlinked, uninstalled, and reset phone, watch, and computer. I cannot get deezer to work on my FitBit IONIC via iPhone 8+.

When in the app on my phone, after performing all the recommended resets, I get “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later”.  This has been going on for quite a few hours. My wifi network is working as it should.

Not sure what else to do.

Hi @dbinguk

Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you restarted your router as well? Are there any firmware updates available?

It's likely that it could be something on our side. Could I have the OS and app versions so that I can pass it on to our developers? Thank you for your understanding :v_tone2:

I have deezer on my phone and fitbit but the two are not linked. My fitbit give me a code to enter into app but it is saying it is not recognised.

Hi @Nichola Flood thank you for getting in touch. I just unlinked your Deezer account from Facebook, please try to connect to your Fitbit by only using your Deezer email address and Deezer password.

Please read all information in the article Setting up Deezer on Fitbit carefully and let me know what you need help with

I have tried everything. I followed all the steps.  I have deleted and reinstalled both apps. I have had the Versa 2 on the charger and I tried it without.  I have disconnected and reconnected WiFi. Nothing has worked getting my playlist onto my watch. Do I have a defective device ?

Deezer not syncing playlists to Fitbit Versa 2. Have been in contact with Fitbit support and attempted various online troubleshooting tips, still no download or resolution. Any ideas? Thanks.

Wifi connection is strong.  All other devices working/connection without any issues
