Deezer App not working on Samsung Smart TV (2024 model)

Hello Deezer, could you make our subscription free for all affected users until the issue is solved ?

Same. My Samsung tv will not actually play music from deezer.

Thanks for the fix Deezer, this morning without any additional Deezer app nor Samsung TV software updates Deezer is working again on our TV.

The Deezer app seems to be working on my Samsung TV now.

Just moved over from Spotify and when changing out all of our home tech, discovered this same issue.  Really frustrating and hope they resolve before our trial is up or we likely won’t be staying on.

Samsung Frame TV 2024

I have 3 Samsung Smart TVs and Deezer is not playing on any of them anymore (they used to all work fine).  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Deezer app (didn’t help). I have done “hard” resets to the Samsungs TVs (didn’t help).  I have a TCL/Google Smart TV and Deezer works fine on that TV.

There is something wrong with the Deezer app for Samsung - the app loads fine and shows all your favorites, etc. but when you play a song it acts like it’s playing, but nothing plays / no sound.  Please help because I love Deezer.
