Sorry about it @Jackk.Heap

In that case, please contact our Costumer Service and they can help you. 🕵🏼

Here is the link: http://dzr.fm/dnFCY2

I get this too. It happens when I’m listening on my airpods pro with my Apple watch connected. If I turn off the watch, I can play music again, it’s really bizarre. I uninstalled and reinstalled the watch Deezer app but no change. Loathe to uninstall/reinstall the phone Deezer app as I have a ton of music saved locally.

hey @stevezissou27 could you please try to increase the smart cache capacity to more than 1.5GB in Data and Storage settings and let me know if that works for you?
Thanks

Hi Jaime,

My smart cache is already set to 10GB and is using 3.27GB of that 10GB.

Thanks,

Steve

Thanks.
Just to understand, the problem only occurs when you are listening with airpods from the apple watch?

  • Your user id
  • Your offer (Premium, Family...)
  • main country / country where you streams (in case is different)
  • played context (Track mixes? search? playlist?...)

One other question, @mcbarclay @stevezissou27 @matty.adam.carver @Bmcg... Do you get this error when you were using a VPN or when you were travelling, for example?

I am constantly getting the error code 2004 it’s a joke considering the issue has been going on for months and they’ve got a cheek to put the monthly subscription up get it sorted

Our developers are working on it now and I believe we will receive an update to solve it soon. I will keep you updated here. ✌🏽

Hi @Perrycox9!

Can you please try the following steps:

  • Delete the Deezer app
  • Restart your iOS device
  • Download and install the Deezer app from AppStore
  • Stream a few songs and navigate in the app

Let me know if you need any other help.

Take care.

@Jackk.Heap Please let me know if after those steps you still have the same issue and if so, please send me the screenshot of your data and storage (on Deezer settings).

Thanks

Hey @Jackk.Heap

Thank you for the screenshot.

Please “clear all”, “empty Smart Cache”, change the smart cache to 2GB, delete the app, restart the phone and reinstall the app, please. 📲

That it should work.
