Add Tidal to list of supported platforms with universal sharingNew

Hi there,Recently moved to Deezer from Spotify, intrigued by the AI-stance and also better artist revenue scheme. So far it’s been amazing!I particularly enjoy the universal sharing feature. I appreciate it is a new feature and will go through improvements, however I would already like to request if it would be possible to add Tidal as a supported platform of the feature.I have several friends who use Tidal and it would make it easier for me to share music with them, while being able to use Deezer.Thanks!

Custom tags/ratings/tag songs and then create dynamic playlistsIn discussion

It would be great if you could tag songs with your own categories and then use those to generate a playlist based on those tags. For example if you had tagged songs previously in your library you could then tell Deezer to generate a playlist based on the tags ‘happy’ ‘rock’ and ‘party’ and it would put together a playlist of all the songs with those tags. It could then use tags assigned by other users matching the ones you’ve used to suggest similar songs you might like based on those tags

Please add an option to "add album to playlist" for the PC desktop appNot for now

I’ve noticed a couple of posts about this and admins chimed in saying it’s already a feature so i’d like to elaborate. The feature could be more streamlined. As it stands to add an entire album to a playlist on the PC desktop app you need to navigate to that artists page, click the album, then click the all select button, then click the add to playlist button. I do like the way this mechanic works for things like adding some but not all songs from an album, however there are many cases when it feels tedious to have to open the album page, then click all select then add...In cases where one might be adding dozens, maybe a hundred or more albums to a playlist it would be VERY advantageous to be able to right click on the album face in the artists discography window for example and add the entire album to a playlist from there.  To clarify just in case, I think there should a right click option to add an entire album to a playlist without having to open the album page. The same could be done for an entire artist and would compiling large playlists far more convenient. I believe this is already a feature on the mobile app...it only makes sense to add in on PC. To be honest I have no idea why this wouldn’t have been a feature on launch..it seems common sense.

A way to remove podcasts and songs altogetherNew

So apparently when I transfered my playlists from Spotify to Deezer, it took unwanted podcasts with it. And instead of removing it all in bulk like on Spotify, I have to go in manually and delete 300+ H.P. Lovecraft audiobooks from a playlist.... And it's a very slow and annoying/frustrating process... Please, Deezer.... Give us a way to delete podcasts/songs in bulk...

Track Mix is a dealbreakerNew

Hello,I want to bring attention to the issue that ended up being a dealbreaker for me as I reverted to using Spotify.We can’t disable Track Mix when playing songs from search When we add a song to the queue it ends up at the end of the Track Mix slop queuePlease find attached the difference between the two services: I played a song from the search function and added another one to the queue.

Serious Optimization IssuesNew

Title says it all. Deezer could be the best music platform on the market, but the optimization issues make it a hassle to use. Coming from streaming services like Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, among others, I found Deezer to have the best algorithm for discovery, music taste, consistency, and overall quality. Here are things that I hope to see in the future:Overall Responsiveness: I love the music quality I get from Deezer, maybe the best on the market. What’s frustrating for me is the buffer and gaps when selecting music in well connected areas with plenty of data roaming between internet and cellular networks. Perhaps it’s due to the high-quality and retention of high-quality music, but at least I would appreciate some communication if this was the case. Other platforms seemed to instantly stream music. One competitor, Qobuz, has arguably high quality music that matches Deezer, but their database seems to instantly stream the song at selection than taking time to load and buffer. While this isn’t a deal-breaker, it’s a small quality of life that I think would be greatly beneficial.  Personal Playlist Hassles: I am someone who makes playlists, maybe too much in fact. Deezer has a problem with creating new playlists when, for example, I try to make a new playlist from a track, and the interface doesn’t save the playlist and go back to the song or homepage. Everytime I hit “save”, there is no indication that anything was saved - same when I try to make a playlist not from a song. This results in multiple of the same playlist being created with 0 tracks.  Right-Click Features: Almost non-existent. I can use the mobile-app of Deezer to hit the 3-dotted elipsis and delete playlists, tracks, queue, and etc. This helps streamline through music and favorites. I figure that the desktop version of Deezer would be easier and more efficient to use, but the lack of right-click features actually makes it harder in my opinion. Why do I have to enter a playlist to select more options on it, such as deleting it? It makes it a huge hassle.  Organization: I really hope we can see playlist folders being created in the future. This is something I used very often and has helped me keep my music organized. I love what Deezer is offering so far, and I hope to stay with the Deezer family for a long time. If these features and updates are seen, I would be the happiest in the world. I know this is from personal experience, but I hope that this feedback is helpful for engineers and designers working on the applications and can greatly improve the Deezer community. *As a designer and process-improvement specialist myself, I would be happy to volunteer my time to help and talk about these even further!

I’m excited to check out “New releases for you...” until I click through and most of the new releases are just singles by artists trying to game the algorithm or people who might only release one song and then vanish.Please label new releases with:image thumbnail title (album, single, or EP) artist nameActually, I don’t care where you put album, single, or EP as long as it’s on the first page and don’t have to click through excited to see a new album only to find a single.

Video Game OST genreNew

Hey there! I'm not sure why it isn't a genre, but it seems like OSTs for Video Games aren't a genre on Deezer in the same way that movie soundtracks are. Is there any way we could get this? There are so many amazing ones out there, and the system seems to have trouble recommending them when it can't seem to find a bucket for them. This is the case for playlists and for flow, like I listen to them while reading, but flow can't figure out what they are lol.

4 quick wins for podcasts within DeezerNew

1.) Allow us to add podcast feeds manually2.) Allow us to add podcast episodes to the play queue (I like to listen to 1 episode and then fall asleep to some ambient music)3.) Support episode chapters4.) Automatic downloads Right now, it feels like podcasts are just an afterthought for Deezer. Such a shame because with a few small improvements to podcasts here and there, it could bring Deezer much more user engagement with the Deezer app. And isn’t that what it’s all about: keep users engaged with the Deezer app for a longer time and more frequently?Here’s to hoping that 2025 will be the year of podcasting being taken seriously by Deezer!

Verbesserung der Sleeptimer funktionNew

Ich bin ein Mensch der sehr lange braucht zum einschlafen, es gibt zu meiner Freude ein Paar super einschlaf Hilfen in Form von Playlists etc.Leider bin ich meist noch wach wenn die 1 Stunde (das Maximum des Sleeptimers) um ist.Also unterbricht in dem Moment mein Einschlafprozess und ich starte die Playlist und den Sleeptimer neu. Ich finde das nich so toll, und dachte mir das man den Sleeptimer vielleicht noch erweitern könnte auf 2, 2 1/2 und 3 Stunden. Vielleicht geht es hier ja jemanden genauso. Wenn dann Votet bitte. Jeh mehr stimmen desto wahrscheinlicher ist die Umsetzung 🙂Danke

Please add "Shuffly my music" back to the iOS appNew

95% of the time I open Deezer to listen to music, I don’t know what I want to listen to.  I rarely go to listen to a single album or artist, and I usually don’t listen to a specific playlist.  In this case (again, 95% of the time) I just want to shuffle my entire library of music that I have selected - my favorite tracks, my favorite albums, and my favorite artists.  “Shuffle my music” accomplished this, and it’s the one feature I used almost every time I listen to music on Deezer.  And since Deezer is my only streaming service, and since I mostly listen on my iOS device, “Shuffle my music” is the most important feature for me on Deezer.It’s now been two release cycles on iOS without “Shuffle my music” (10.0.0 and 10.0.1).  My listening is down as a result.  Why would this feature be taken away, when it exists in other places like the desktop app?  I love Deezer and I like the redesign, but this missing feature is significant for me and not having it makes me consider other options.   :(

Add Turkish Language Support for Song Translation FeatureNew

Deezer needs the ability, like Spotify, to remember which playlists I have previously played on shuffle. My yoga playlist is always on shuffle. Other playlists are not. Spotify remembers this and it’s super convenient.

Delete song listening historyIn discussion

  Hello   I would be very happy if there was the possibility to delete the songs listening history by clicking the button "Delete" or something else. I don't want that every song I heard consciously or wrongly appears there and I can't change this. Just like you can delete the search history by clicking the "Delete" button, it should be possible here as well. For me it is a no-go that this does not exist. Please introduce this. If you want to see your songhistory, you should continue to do so, for those who don't want to do so, there should be a possibility to decide about it. PLEASE THANK YOU!!!

Album cover resolution and Shuffle related suggestions.New

Okay, I am too lazy to rewrite this in a different way, so I’m just gonna post what I sent to the feedback page earlier. Okay, so I recently joined Deezer, and I wanna start this off saying: I judged this app too quickly, cuz I'm loving it rn.However I still got some suggestions that could make it better. First off, I wish the quality for the album covers were improved. The resolution of these pictures seem a bit off I can't lie. I have attached a picture to display this concern of mine. It simply gives the app a vibe which suggests it's rather low-quality, get what I mean. I feel like this feature can be updated without much work :) Now, onto the next suggestion I have. I feel like this would be harder to convince the devs to implement, but I think we can improve the shuffle option. With a lot of albums, the shuffle would play maybe 5-6 songs from that album, but then after that they start playing random songs off of others albums. I don't mind other songs sneaking in, what I'm suggesting is, how about we shuffle WITHIN the album first and then play the random songs off of other albums? So for example with an album like Midnights by Taylor Swift, let's have the shuffle, shuffle and play through all the tracks off of that album (and maybe sneak in songs from other albums in between, but always return back to the original album) and then once all the tracks have been played, the shuffle can start playing random songs off other albums in a consecutive manner.I also have another suggestion, sometimes when I really want to listen to a specific track, it's difficult with a free-account on mobile. So I suggest, how about a shuffle to listen to specific tracks. So if I wanted to listen to a track like Sweet Nothing, I should be able to search it up, and then be able to open the track and click on shuffle...and wait until the desired song comes up. That's all <3 Thank you so much.

I think it would pretty cool to be able to create a playlist based on something. Like: I'm reading this book and would really like to have a playlist that matches the vibe of the book as it progresses, but I wouldn't be able to create one not knowing what will happen at the book, so an AI would come handy at this job. I really like this idea an would be eager to help to build something like that. I know is dreaming big but I would like to be able to do something like that for a platform that I really enjoy

More colors for „favorite tracks“ coverNew

Since we are unable to change the cover of our favorite tracks, maybe we could have an option to change the colors of the given cover to match our theme for the app or just our personal preferences.For example I believe the current cover is orange with a brown heart, maybe options like blue, red or green could be added (with hearts in darker/lighter colors).

Private collaborative playlistsNew

Currently, if you make a playlist collaborative it is necessarily public. This appears to make it so that *anyone* can add tracks if they chose to. I would prefer to be able to make a playlist collaborative, but only editable by people who I share it with directly (and preferably only visible to them as well).I consider this not only a usability issue, but also a trust & safety issue, since someone could be targeted for harassment by having their collaborative playlists spammed.
